My husband and I have used this dry cleaner for years! We always thought they were wonderful, great customer service, only once in all the years was something lost and they replaced it full value. Recently, I left my work uniform on accident and they closed early on Saturday. I was gone for the summer and told Jim I'd see him when I got back. And lo and behold Jim was gone and some guy that knows nothing and informed is there now. I would not do business here. I typically do not write reviews but this was outrageous! My wife took a Versace dress to be dry cleaned not washed and when it was returned it was the size of a new born baby. The "New Owner" said that he is not sure why anyone would bring an expensive item to them to clean and one of the workers told my wife that this is the chance you take when dry cleaning! They clearly washed and dried this item. This was a $1,200 sweater dress that should have never been dried. We were offered nothing for them destroying the item but was told that we should take it back to Versace and maybe they will replace it. I will never take any garments here again and warn you not to take your items here. read more

Do not go there! I am never one to write a review, but about a week ago I was handed back my dry cleaning with two shirts that were not mine. I told the gentleman that they were not mine and he noticed there was not the same tag as the rest of my order. He kept them in his store and said not to worry that within 24 hours, I would hear from him. He never called me. About a week and a half is passed and I just called and they told me that there is no way possible that those shirts are not mine which are still in the store. Every time I drop off my dry cleaning, I have the gentleman count every item and mark every item so this will not happen. I've been going there for 10+ years, and it seems as if they are under new management or ownership. The gentleman told me he was in the purchase of purchasing the store. When I called the gentleman handed me to a woman that after explaining what happened hung up on me. I called back and the gentleman then hung up on me And told me he would call me back which we know is not true. I asked them to please compensate me for the two shirts that they were missing as they were Vince men's shirts, which are very expensive. I am well aware that human error does happen, but the woman that I spoke to said that that was absolutely impossible. I just had my blouses, pants, skirts, and trousers dried clean at this place. I got home and realized one of my blouses had so many holes and ripped. One of my dresses had a snag. I brought them back to this place the next day and showed them. the woman who worked there was so rude. She accused me saying it was moth. How could it be? They checked all of my clothes when I brought in!!! I did not have any snag or holes in my clothes. She was so rude and telling me that it wasn't their fault. She told me I wasn't even there for the last 10 months and why I was complaining about that. The truth is, I took my clothes there for dry cleaning on Tuesday, picked up on Friday, and went back there on Saturday morning. what in the world the the moth could eat the blouse and creat holes???? It wasn't even one blouse, my dress was also ruined. She was rude, accused me as if it was my fault, and said things that were not even related to my complaints. Excellent cleaners. The staff is friendly and well informed of deals, the space is clean, and most importantly, the dry cleaning is done fast. I was able to drop a couple dress shirts and pants and picked it up by the end of the next day. Any garment is $2.99 and as a first time customer, I was able to get roughly 20% my entire transaction. I've never actually had an issue with any dry cleaner messing up my clothes, and thankfully I had no issues with Titan. One major advantage with Titan is that if you live nearby, they actually provide a service to pick up and drop off dry cleaning at your house. Get a bag from them to put your clothes in, download the app to set up a date for pickup, and they will do the rest. This is an amazing feature that I have never seen with another dry cleaner. read more

Fast, but definitely not friendly... My wife and I have been going here for about a year. Their prices are average, and they are close to our home in Tatum Ranch... However, they have very rude employees. I read on Google reviews that "they act like they're doing you a favor by taking or returning your clothes..." So true! That's the perfect way to put it. Hello, I am the customer, and I am smiling. There's no need to try to take my smile away. And there's certainly no need to be snippy. I should have known by the "No Cell Phones" sign that they don't like customers. So after putting up with their cocky attitudes for months, today my wife and I are done doing business with them. Yes, the dry cleaning is not guaranteed to be there until 4 PM, but it always seems to be there at 2 PM. So why would they try to pick a fight with me when it was actually ready again today at 2? I am so disgusted with this place ..they ruined my tunic and the lady at the counter asked me to put in a claim form. It's been more than 2 months now. They have not reimbursed me for the damage. It was pure silk and it says dry clean only in bold yet they laundered it and the owner Mr Robert can't seem to figure out what is wrong with the tunic. It was SILK..now it looks like wash cloth !!! This dry cleaners is truly terrible, they actually not only didnt clean our clothing but several items were actually dirtier looking and had additional stains they didnt have when they were brought in. Truly horrible dry cleaners and we are worried that the items are now actually permanently stained due to bringing them to this place. This place is just so so bad. read more

I don't usually take the time to write reviews unless it's super deserving. In this case it is. Situation I have been taking my cleaning to Titan for 5+ years now with never a missing garment, button or ...beat. The staff is efficient, quick and helpful. Recently I brought in a hardly worn expensive jacket and it came back with the elastic gone in the sleeves and the structure of the fabric gone. It was huge on me. I took it back to the store who blamed the cleaners; the cleaners said it was the garment. In the end, the store gave me only half the value which I reported back to Titan's manager. She was great about communicating throughout the process, keeping me informed of what was happening on their end so I knew they weren't ignoring my problem. Solution Though their insurance doesn't cover this, she offered to make good on the other half in compensation that worked for both of us. What could have been a negative or nasty ordeal was friendly, pleasant and ultimately satisfactory for both sides. I can't recommend them enough - and your cleaning bills will be at least half of what you're paying elsewhere! read more

this place is the worst place to take your clothes. paid for wash and press and was told pick up next day. when i got there i was told they would not wash and press because they were all shirts. instead they gave me my money back. did not offer to dry clean instead. i got home with dirty laundry. they are so cheap. later found out they wanted me to pay $3.95 (PRICES DOUBLED FROM $1.99 IN THE PAST YEAR ) per garment instead of per pound. they didnt bother to even call me. what kind of service is that? i used to go there weekly, they changed mgt and very sketchy people work there now. read more

I've been a customer for a while now and while the customer service wasn't great the dry cleaning and laundry was decent enough. Last time I dropped off brand new shirts still packaged to have laundered, came to pick them up a few days later and there were holes in a few, one of them burned. The manager then tried to blame me for them saying they were brought in like that even though they weren't. They refuse to reimburse me for what they destroyed. read more
