WOW! Mark and Jaime have succeeded at creating a spa beyond all other! Ultra is a modern day Glen Ivy in San Dimas. My first day I started with 20 minutes in the hydration station. Living in Las Vegas makes my skin really dry. In just one session my skin felt re-hydrated and I felt rejuvenated. Since I am only in town for a short time On the 2nd day I tanned in the level 4 stand up. Even just 4mins in the stand up I could feel the difference in the bulbs and the fans. On the 3rd day I tanned 5mins in the Velocity bed. [Mind-Blowing!] I put a sticker on just to see the difference in each bed and I already have an outline! I complimented my tanning session with a Designer Skin Splurge lotion. Best part, I was even given a complimentary glass of wine while I waited each day! I cannot wait to come back to try to Red Light system. I got to see a client before and and after and already the lines on her forehead began to diminish after that one use! As for pricing, unbelievably cheap! The spa pass is definitely the best value. You get access to beds level 2-4 incl. hydration & red light + 2 Velocity sessions/mo + 1 basic facial/mo + 20% off product. While they do welcome walk-in's an appointment is highly recommended. I cannot recommend Ultra Tan & Wellness enough! I have been tanning here for a few years with great results. A year ago, I began a serious health journey that left me struggling with high inflammation and low energy. For the past three months, I've been using their red light therapy twice a week; the results have been incredible. My recent labs showed a significant improvement in my inflammation markers, and I feel like myself again. The family-owned, family-run business is awesome. They are both very helpful and friendly and make you comfortable in finding the right package/program for you, and to meet your individual needs. I made a real effort to be there: took time off work, picked him up early from school, and drove from Arcadia to make the appointment. Out of respect, I showed up as scheduled, even though my day was hectic and I had considered canceling, because I didn't want to waste her time. Unfortunately, that same consideration wasn't returned. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and effort to make it right is what stood out most.
