Ultra Tanning & Contempo Day Spa is amazing!!! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. It is very clean and upscale. They just added a new hair studio. Natasha is absolutely wonderful!! She did such a great job on my hair. I recently had her color my hair back to it's natural color and I had her put in hair extensions. I look like a beautiful mermaid!! I have gotten so many compliments on it. I couldn't be happier. It is the best thing I have ever done to my hair. I feel like a new me. I will definitely keep going back. I would highly recommend Natasha for her creativity and expertise. I would also recommend this place for tanning and other beauty treatments such as lashes, massages, facials, and teeth whitening. I decided to try this place out instead of my usual place. The website said they close at 8 so I arrived around 7:15, but the door was locked. The owner saw me, came out of his car and explained they close at 7 but would open up just for me. He gave me a tour and let me tan. I bought two months of level 3 tanning because his customer service was amazing. Not to mention, the salon itself is incredible. It's super clean, super nice, high end beds, keurig machine for clients, red light therapy, hydration station, and other hair salon services. Hands down best tanning salon I've ever been to. so I go to get red light therapy.. the owners Mark & Jamie told me about it, but Jamie skin was beautiful, that's what won me over, plus the package deals.. I go thru with the first treatment and OM GOODNESS!! right away one of my dark spots GONE!! First session!! WOW!!! why haven't I heard of this place sooner, this same place has hydration bed, followed w/ velocity bed those 2 beds go hand and hand.. the eyelash extension girl Alison made me beautiful all the time. thanks girl love them! muah!! got high lights and low lights the stylist brought my hair back to life.. First let me start off by saying that I have tanned at many different tanning salons in the Los Angeles county and all over the Bay Area and can say that this place will forever be my tanning home for as long as I'm here. Ultra has many different level tanning beds, both stand up and lay down, including the high pressure velocity bed, which is my favoriteeee! You can choose to simply tan or sign up for their incredible monthly package which includes Red Light Therapy and Hydration Therapy. I had no idea what either of those were but after a few months of both I have noticed that my skin has improved significantly and the hydration beds keep my tan lasting super long and skin soft! The package includes a gentle facial with products from the bioelements line that they also sell there and I have absolutely fell in love with! The cleanser and the beyond hydration moisturizer is to die for! What makes this place so incredibly special and the ideal getaway haven is because of how well the owners continuously maintain that environment. I always call right before I want to come in so that Jamie or Mark can get the hydration therapy ready and as soon as I walk in the door, the room is always there peacefully awaiting me with clean towels, a clean bed, dim lighting, and always smelling sweet. After hours of studying in school or working there's nothing more peaceful than my trips to this spa. I always feel so welcome coming in and I think that's especially rare when walking into a spa or salon. I more often than not am treated rudely or simply employees that I feel do not qualify to be in charge. Jamie and Mark have become like parents to me over the past few months and have always treated me with so much kindness! When I mentioned to them I was going to an event later in the evening they encouraged me to go all out and get my hair and makeup done! Without hesitation, as soon as I agreed that it would be a good idea, Mark called up a dry bar down the road to schedule and appointment for me immediately and called in one of his makeup artists to come by as soon as my hair would be done! It was unbelievable to me at how much they sincerely cared and were willing to get this all done even though it was very last minute! I would recommend Ultra to anybody who tans frequently and is looking to find their new home!!! I would never go anywhere else! read more

I absolutely love this place! I tried out tanning first when I was 18 and still in high school and that's when I met these awesome owners and have been dedicated ever since. After high school a moved around a lot and out of state so I didn't tan for years. Recently I had a wedding I was attending and had moved back in town and decided to get some color. This was the first place that came to mind! After 5+ years I called and Mark answered very excited and couldn't believe I was calling! I couldn't believe he recognized my name! :) that was a huge plus for me because even after so many years they are still so interested in their clients. So I came and checked out the new place and was amazed! Seriously top of the line stuff! I got a package deal that included a hydration bed and red light face treatments and those both were so awesome! Then before the wedding I came for leg, arm, and eyebrow waxing and seriously had the best wax of my life I will never go anywhere else for waxing. Jaime has spray tanned my daughter for her first body building competition 3 weeks ago. She did such an amazing job we asked her to do this competition. She came to the hotel at 7 am to give her the competition color. Her professionalism, promptness, and kindness made my 17 year old very comfortable. I would highly recommend her for any tanning. They also offer airbrush tanning and are very experienced, you will NOT TURN ORANGE!!! There very clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful!! I love this place. Jaime and Mark are really accommodating and super nice. I love that they have the Velocity tanning bed there. By far it's one of the best beds I've ever used. I get amazing results that last and the bed never burns me- even though I have very fair skin. They offer a package deal if you're interested in buying multiple sessions- which I highly recommend because you'll be addicted. I've also gotten a spray tan by Jaime and I loved it! I've also recently tried the Hydration station which I really enjoyed, not only does it leave your skin feeling hydrated and soft, it also prolongs and deepens your tan. He naturally gets super tan, and I as his mother thought it would be a good idea to get him a fresh hair cut the day before his first day of High School!
