We finally get in and the New doctor seems money hungry. Before we even get our cleaning she is telling us what work my daughter needs done. Finally after being here over an hour, and receiving a treatment plan, we get to see the only dental hygienist in the office. She is absolutely amazing! Very gentle and caring. I wish the dentist had better people skills. I called for weeks and emailed asking for a price for the work they wanted done. No one would return my calls or emails. No work was done because no one would ever call me back. Fast forward, we are moving my daughter to my current dentist and my current dentist who I have gone to for 15 years called me saying Silver Ranch refuses to call back and give records. We laughed. The main reason we are leaving is because they won't call me back. I call Silver Ranch and surprise surprise the computer is down again. Last time we had an appointment the computer was down. Oh and to top things, they stole my money. The first time my daughter had a cavity fixed, they charged us for nitrous that we did not use. They never refunded it. They make you pay before the procedure. This place is straight up cooks. Do not go here!

I hadn't been to the dentist in about a year, but I take really good care of my teeth. Dr. Hu told me that I had 8 cavities and explained everything very rudely. When you hear you have a cavity, the reaction and explanation I'd hope to have is someone saying - we will get this taken care of, here's some preventative measures to take. Instead, I got rude comments about it and I felt very uncomfortable. Not to mention, the Dental Hygienist asked me questions the entire time during my cleaning about my diet, if my mom is prone to cavities, if I eat sugary food and drinks, etc. I felt like I couldn't catch a break. I will say, the Dental Assistant, Natalia is amazing. She's very kind and funny, and genuinely cared about me and made sure I wasn't in any pain during the X-Ray's. The staff were very friendly, fun, the office was super clean, updated and even had TVs in the ceiling for you to watch while lying down. Although they couldn't retract my tooth there, they set me up by referring me to another location to get the work done. I was a little nervous about how much longer I'd have to wait but I lucked out and was able to set it up for the same day. I was thrilled it all worked out the way it did and quickly took care of my issue. At our most recent appointment I had a concern about my son's back tooth. My son was due for xrays. A young male took my son back for x rays alone. They were gone for a while, so I got uncomfortable. I walked back several times to check because it had been so long. Each time I could not see much, but I could see my son's feet and he was calmly sitting. During our brushing he did not want to participate. The doctor eventually came in they forcibly held him down. Dr. Julia had no patience for him and I don't think that pediatric dentistry is for her. She wanted to put him under anesthesia for the cavity she thought he may have, but could not conclude due to the poor x-ray images. I called back after requesting the x-rays to be redone where you could not see the teeth I clearly requested to be x-rayed. Dr. Wang said he would only take them under anesthesia because he was difficult. Dr. Wang was not present to know how our office visit went and the young guy who did the x rays was not in the office today. They seem like they just want to put your kid under. It seems like a money grab and a bunch of unprofessional practices going on.
