I have been going here for years to the same hairdresser. My problem was not with the hairdresser per se however the owner Eric, has no loyalty to loyal customers. The hairdresser I use was out sick for the past 10 days I had an appointment the day she initially called in sick. So I was scheduled for today, the day she was due back. I got a call this morning that she couldn't stay and work because she still felt nauseous. OK understandable that she wasn't , so I expect to be given the next available appointment. NOPE! They can't get me in until the 15th. That is totally unacceptable. As stated, I have been going to this shop for years (husband, too) and I had already been pushed back 10 days. I told the owner, Eric, that this felt as if I got in the wrong line at Publix - you know they open up the register next to you and take the people behind you instead of you who has been waiting the longest. I also think my hairdresser could have stepped in and moved a new client around for me since I was waiting so long. I guess a new client who may or may not come back for repeat business is worth more to this shop than one who has been using them FOR YEARS?!?? I do NOT recommend this shop. read more

I am new to the Wesley Chapel area, so I used Yelp to find a salon near me. This is how I found Ultracuts and my new stylist Jessica. I made a slight faux pas while trying to color my hair and it turned an unintended mossy green. I called Ultracuts and they were able to make me an appointment that very day. I had a consultation with Jessica and after 3 hours of work she was able to restore my hair to a natural blonde. Jessica suggested low lights to get the natural effect that I really liked. I loved it. She cut my exactly how I wanted it. My hair was needless to say dry, damaged and full of split ends when I walked in, so Jessica suggested a split end treatment that will last for a month. I am so happy with my hair cut and color and texture. The other stylists are so friendly also. The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxed and professional. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality salon services at reasonable prices. read more

I have been getting my hair cut there for around 10 years, and know the owners Eric and Heidi, who both are professional stylists and are actively engaged in styling as well as managing the two locations. With very few exceptions I have been pleased with the results from every stylist at the Wesley Chapel location over the last 10 years. They have also cut my son's hair since he was 10 years old, and have accommodated every style change he has requested, including his current Marine Corp 'high and tight' when he comes home on leave from overseas. I generally ask for Linda, but when Linda is not there and I need a cut, everyone else has performed very well. If you're reading this revue to possibly give them a try...go for it, you won't be disappointed. read more

Ultracuts is awesome! What I like about this salon: the most friendly staff, clean salon, and best of all Heidi! She is amazing! Took the time to listen to my explanation of the new style I was interested in. Talked me through the options and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I have also visited the salon for some highlights and was very pleased with the results. Very natural looking and Heidi was great at not making me nervous about adding some extra color to cover those random grays.
