Just celebrated my son's birthday here, and everything went so smoothly. The staff was incredibly helpful, and all the equipment worked perfectly. Ordering food through them was easy and convenient, and every staff member we interacted with was great to work with. I had read some reviews beforehand and had a few concerns, but our experience was genuinely awesome. Sure, the place could use a little updating to make it more visually appealing, but I wouldn't take any points off for that--our group of 12-year-olds had an amazing time. We're lucky to have a local laser tag spot like this so we don't have to drive far for fun! We will be coming here more often. read more

First off, the folks working the counter were friendly and helpful. That counts for something. Otherwise, they could make a lot of improvements to boost the experience. Laser tag is pretty fun. It's a decent room with ramps, nooks and crannies, but it's bland. The hosts do a good job of explaining the rules, prepping, and supervising the experience. The two times I've visited, the equipment was spotty. Several of the vests don't fully light up, the blasters don't always work. Once you're in the arena - and this is where they could improve THE MOST: There is almost zero atmosphere. It's quiet. They could benefit from piping in some music or sounds to make this an experience. Maybe refresh the space, decorate a little. It's mostly a big plywood room painted black. They've got a fog machine or two that don't really add anything. The arcade games are not bad. Not great but not bad. Mostly ticket games, but the tickets aren't worth much and the prizes are terrible. Look, prizes at these places are usually 12-cent pieces of plastic that you play $5 of games to earn, but they take it to new depths, and the display case is poorly arranged. It's a few sad finger puppets and a million-ticket Nerf guns. So yeah, it's OK. There's a lot of potential here, but the owners need to put some love and care into the place to make it a 4 or 5-star experience. read more

Not sure how I feel about Ultrazone. Small and not that many games to choose from. A few games were out of order. I had no cash and one can't use credit or debit card to purchase tokens.ATM was out of order so I had to find an ATM elsewhere. Luckily playing laser tag with other people was really fun and the staff really helped out with vest and rules. My daughter really enjoyed her experience. Only downside was her vest was too big. I was pleasantly surprised with Ultrazone. Look, it's not Dave and Busters. They don't have food, but you can bring it, and they have a room for you to eat in. In our case, it was pizza and BYOB (bring solo cups). Most of the arcades worked, and the workers were pleasant. The theming was actually pretty good. I'd describe it as Indiana Jones themed. This place shines when it comes to large groups (10+) of kids, teams, or parties. I would recommend Ultrazone specifically for that. The obvious star of the show was the laser tag. It was pretty cool and had a two-story layout. The kids did three rounds and two hours. Between eating, playing games, and laser tag, I'd recommend 3 hours. Two hours for us was almost too short. If the business says it is closed on a particular day, I'd call them. They opened for us on an off day. Lastly, If it's just you and your child, you're better off at D&B. read more

Personally, Ultrazone is maybe a 1 or 2 star experience. Based on my experience as a Middle aged child who grew up on Atari, Intellivision and Chuck E. Cheese and Shakey's Bunch o' Lunch. However, our son's experience along with his friends at his 9th Birthday Party says otherwise from the stars listed above. This was a awesome family experience that included the 2nd level reservation, all day pass for gaming and Daddy's unlimited wallet for air hockey and a video games. Some key pointers 1) get the all day laser tag pass. Do not pay per game because the little gremlins will chew thru your wallet, credit cards and your 401K. 2) Parents, Guardians, etc...if you plan to participate in laser tag, do some cardio before because every game will be intense and non stop cardio. 3) Plan out your party and keep it small. The next time we go, it will only be our son and his friends. We had a typical 9 year old birthday event and the whole time, they just wanted to play laser tag. The food, cake, dessert table wasn't really necessary for this kids who want to live out their Fortnite or COD avatars in real life. Could Ultazone be better? Of course. If they did make it better, how much would that cost parents....Probably a lot. At the end of the night, what matters most is did the kids have a great time. We came here with a group of 21 people and the staff was incredibly helpful towards our party! Emma at the fromt desk made the check in and payment super smooth. Then Julian and Mike were very helpful in teaching our group everything we needed to know to have a great time. While we waited for our whole party to arrive there were tables and chairs and plenty of arcade games to keep us entertained. Great time! Definitely recommend. read more

This place is still the same as it was when I frequented it over 10 years ago! Ultrazone has a special place in my heart, and I loved being able to bring my 7 year old here for her first laser tag experience. We got the $30 all-you-can-play, and had a blast. Kid wanted to keep playing even after mom tapped out 3 games prior The staff is friendly, and was a great environment for the whole family. We may be back soon, she said she wants to have her 8th birthday party here! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it is *exactly* the same as it was over 10 years ago-- head to toe. There hasn't been any major updates to the facilities as far as I can tell, and it's beginning to show. I know COVID was a huge hit for entertainment venues such as this, but I'm hoping that with business rebounding, the owners can put some of the profits back into upgrading the equipment and refreshing the facility (especially the vests/guns, and hopefully A/C in the game room)-- we want to continue to enjoy Ultrazone for years to come! P.S., a pro-tip for visitors-- especially in the Summer, dress for high heat. And if you have long hair, bring a hair tie. The games get intense, and without A/C you'll be sweating a ton! read more

This is just one of those places that refuses to invest in their own business. We went with a group of 10 people six kids for adults. More than half of the group had to switch out their guns halfway through the match because the guns were malfunctioning. Kids had fun but the man who said was the owner was a bit unhappy. He wasn't very friendly when people would ask questions. I asked for change to break a $100 to get my party tokens to play games and he rolled his eyes a couple of times when I asked. I'm spending money on games at your facility and you don't want to give me change? I got change 2 times and both times he was not happy. You have an arcade so be prepared to give change. Not everyone wants $20 worth of tokens. Alot if the games were out of order or kept eating our tokens which isn't fun when u have a party of 8 with only 2 parents. There was a girl there with glasses and short hair. She was the friendliest. She was super helpful and engaging. The girl with a mushroom cut behind the counter also didn't seem very happy. She gave us no directions on when our games would be called or where the kids should line up after I paid. We were so confused. Every time I went up to ask the response was "oh right now line up with the all day passes". It's not easy wrangling 8 kids last minute in the middle of arcade games. I wish this place was better organized and friendlier. The TV for scores is also super high up and super tiny. We had to capture the screen with our phone cameras and tell the kids what their scores were. Back in the day they would give each kid print outs and the TV screen was much lower. Maybe invest in a score app. What was cool was the scoring monitor was up to date with the game that was going on but the down fall was you didn't know what name your children had to track them. Pretty pointless for up to date scoring if you don't know who you are watching. Overall this place can improve and be super special place. Needs work and better training. There should be games called over the speaker system and give people an5 minute warning that your game is coming up for those that need to use the restroom or finish up arcade games. It was somewhat of a sh*t show but in the end the kids did have fun. read more

I just finished throwing party for my daughter's 11th bday and boy it was worth it. Let me start with the communication I had with the actual owner Willie. He is very efficient and very polite to talk too, made me convinced to do it here at this location compared to others! He was in contact with you throughout the process and I appreciate the time and effort exerted. We went to the place a week prior to check the area and the staff were very bubbly and friendly. The actual birthday happened and everything went well as what I have expected. Shout out to the front desk that day (May 29, Memorial Day) They were so accommodating. I even met Willie that day! It was a fun and successful day! Also I wanna say thank you to Alexis, she was funny and the game wouldn't be so smooth without her! Such an amazing experience with the crew this day!
