The flavors were unique, well-balanced, and clearly thoughtfully put together. We also had the tiramisu cheesecake for dessert, which was just as impressive. This light-filled, cozy space has a few tables for two to four people next to a small kitchen area. We were glad we didn't bring our stroller inside, as it would not have fit, but that said, they did have high chairs for little ones. The Brazilian-inspired vegan cafe is run by the owner (originally from Brazil) and another woman who were both very kind and gave us ample suggestions as well as time to peruse the menu (in French and English). It was very easy to find gluten free options, which I much appreciated. Everything is made to order and made in house, including the vegan cheeses. Service was a little slow due to some staffing issues, but we weren't in a rush and were glad to chat with the owner a bit to hear about her vision for the cafe. We opted to share a smoothie and a sweet crepe, while we each got our own savory crepes. We couldn't resist getting the blue piña commmlada smoothie, which was fruity, not too sweet, and reminded us of blue milk from Star Wars. Our little one immediately grabbed for our glasses, so we gave him a sip and he was big fan, too! As for the crepes, these aren't your typical French-style crepes, but Brazilian style made with tapioca flour and naturally gluten free. Despite having cooked with tapioca flour at home, I wasn't quite prepared for the nearly-bright white crepes that arrived at our table. They encased the fillings like an omelette, but were crisp on the outside and chewy-melty on the inside (more taco like than pancake-like). I haven't had anything quite like it before, but I quite enjoyed. The champignommm et oignommm (yes, just about every dish name comes with extra "m's") was super delicious and creamy. Highly recommended! The Tall Man's BLT Bacommm was fresh but sparser on the ingredients, and the mushroom bacon wasn't very mushroomy or bacony. At the end we shared a car tola à la plante sweet crepe, which we were told was one of the more Brazilian of the options. The combination of caramelized bananas and the tart fromage blanc (a soft cheese kind of a cross between cottage cheese and yogurt) was a delicious conclusion to our meal. If they were open for additional days of the week while we were in town, we would have gone back! À la prochaine :)

I continued walking a few blocks and actually stopped to look this place up and see what it was - and immediately turned around and went back lol Such a unique space, I've never seen anything like it! Part fast casual sammiches, part buffet, part community center?? I could see why it was so popular! Everyone in this place just oozed good vibes! I went with the buffet which didn't have a TON of options but still had quite the variety especially for people that are vegetarian (I'm not but love some good veg options!). I don't even remember what all I got but it was a mix of some types of Indian dishes, chicken wings, various marinated veggies and salads. The wings were kinda meh but everything else was very yummy! They gave me a nice piece of bread to go with it and there was communal water in the center of the dining room. It was VERY affordable, I think my bill was around $15. Staff was nice and friendly, I can see why a spot like this is so popular! Definitely a unique find in Burlington!

If you want there is a salad bar $16 per pound and cold sandwiches of curry tuna, Reubens galore. They also offer a variety of wine and assorted local beer. The place is so cozy and everyone here is respectful and kind! Always great energy and we always leave with a smile! Our favorite dining place in Vermont! Please come and support this local eatery! Also shout out to the bathroom art and gender neutral stalls!

These didn't stick together well and didn't have a ton of flavor. For the main we tried the fried rice dish with shrimp which was probably a highlight of the meal, although we wished there'd been a few more shrimp. The fried ice-cream was also disappointing. The fried part had very little flavor and the ice cream was not all that tasty nor were the store bought mini chocolate chips. We also had a small salad and a pad se-ew all of which were fine, but not anything I'd especially want to come back for despite the reasonably good service we received here. Overall for the price, quantity, and quality, Dusit was fine, but the experience was maybe not on par with some of the other reviews and star ratings here. I offered them this feedback at the time of my visit.

We walked in and the waitress said "sit anywhere" and we found a table on the deck. We were given menus and water. When the waitress came back I tried to order a bison burger with lettuce, tomatoe and mustard. She literally rolled her eyes, gazed down at me in frustration and said "no customization". I was incredulous as I have been to 10+ burger places in Quebec City and new england and NONE have ever told me I couldn't customize. I asked her to check on that and five seconds later she was back with "no customization" again. At this point, I was disgusted with the menu (which the bison burger is smothered under 5 very heavy and unhealthy toppings) and the nasty waitress' attitude. Dear Cafe Bla bla: What do you do if someone is allergic to one topping on the burger you want? Do you simply parrot: "No customization" and watch good cash-paying customers walk out the door? I guess you do. Because that is what my friend and I did. We left. Dear Cafe Bla Bla management: Please learn that the customer has a right to a dish cooked their way. You are not McD and your prices reflect such. If I'm going to pay $12+ for a stupid burger, I should have it the way I want it. And please FIRE the little witch of a waitress that was working there. She is the young one with the long dark hair and the bad attitude. Her face looks permanently stuck like she smelled something bad...and she was covering the deck outside. Google customer service...and IMPLEMENT it.
