They should not assume people know their system I am out of state and just moved here and I needed to be seen soon, and I asked if they do triage. They told me to sign up online They do not do any scheduling and walk-in, but they won't tell you anything if you need to wait or get a text if you need to be seen... wait; it is useless to register online if you have a person in the front who doesn't even help or ask the same things you just did online Redundant and inconsistent and useless system: I wish I had a PMD so I can just be seen, not go to here. They do not have a sound system It proved to me that the NV medical system is just going down the drain. People do not want to be here, and they need some assistance and help They cannot do all the test here too; you have to go somewhere else; save yourself a headache and just go to your PMD!!! This will be my last time using their system Their name should be called CARE IN THE FUTURE, not relevant to NOW Good luck getting any assistance from their staff nor any respect or being treated as a human Veterinary place treats animals better. If you have no options and this is only your last resort, then avoid this place whatsoever.

This place is the worst to go to. We joined the waiting list in the morning around 11am. We got the text at 340pm letting us to know to go in. After an hour of waiting we asked how much longer they told us that we had 4 people ahead of us. We understand that you can't quote because every case is different but it would have been nice to not have been texted so early. The doctor has no bedside manner. All the staff is rude and unprofessional. We waited a total of 3 hours from start to finish. ITS RIDICULOUS!

I was a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon, wait time was less than 10 minutes, the entire visit was less than 40 minutes, staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, very clean environment. The NP on duty was knowledgeable of my condition and prescribed the right medication.

Crap service, no organization, and no professionals. How is this a place? UMC urgent care on Marks Street is so much better!

This one is a bit far from my home but they found me an appointment in radiology so here I am . That is what I love about Southwest Medical, you find the care you need even if it means driving a bit further.I love that about them! Convenience with locations all over Las Vegas area and most of their buildings have everything you need in one place. Parking is always plentiful and I've never had an issue with not finding a parking spot that is conveniently by the entrance. I really appreciate being part of Southwest because they have all the doctors and specialists under one roof! This building comes up as Sienna Healthcare on the app but it is a Southwest Medical And Associates building. The office was clean and there is a security information personal in the entrance to answer your questions. The staff here is amazing and they make you feel like they care about your health. They are friendly and professional.

Thank goodness she did. I went downhill fast. I had a burst cyst on my kidney. I was admitted to the ER and I didn't get home until around 4p. The facility is very clean and easy to access. Parking is great too. Will only go here in the future.

We truly cannot care for anyone else until we attend to our basic needs, like our health. Recently, I had some experiences that made me rethink and realize the fragility of one's health. I found this little clinic from word of mouth, Gabriel mentioned it to me. They have great hours, take my insurance, and have the best team. A caring team! My principal complaint when I made the initial appointment was for pain management relief from low iron levels. My hemoglobin levels were way below average, actual at 6. Yes 6! This is the reason for the pain in all four of my limbs. The low iron was causing irregular sleep patterns or no sleep, breathing issues, and a few other symptoms. But one needs "sleep," to survive. The doctor did blood tests, and offered the use of steroids to deal with the pain from low iron issues, so at least I could sleep. I was offered the chance to have a steroid shot and another pain medicine via my vein. These shots were reasonable at $50 each with payment taken at the time of service. It's been a little over a month that I've been able to make this office work for me. The staff is again very kind. While I've had to back off the shots while awaiting my first iron infusion the little bit of relief for the physical pain that comes with "low iron," was at least partially relieved due to the staff here and their recommendations for my health. We have but fleeting moments in life, during this phase and small moments of my life it was truly life changing. Just having someone that cared while awaiting the medical treatments was a god send to me . Pain is a mind numbing experience and really shakes an individual to their core . The staff and all their ability to care truly shows in their service to helping others that are in pain and need no matter what their condition or circumstances. If you live in this area and need immediate assistance for medical treatment and are awaiting something give a call . Let's connect and keep our health so that we can keep spreading love and kindness to others.

I genuinely cannot believe this place is operating as a PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OFFICE…read more I just moved to the area, found this clinic through my insurance, and went in for my first appointment. I can confidently say there will NEVER be a second. Let's start with the receptionist--who I later overheard telling another patient that she is apparently THE MANAGER. That information actually made the entire experience even more disturbing. She was loud, unprofessional, speaking across the office like she was hanging out on a street corner, and casually dropping the F-word while patients were sitting there listening. Zero professionalism. Zero discretion. Zero awareness of her surroundings. Then she called me back to take my blood pressure. GOOD. LORD. The second I was confined in that little exam room with her, the smell hit me. This wasn't a tiny hint of body odor that you politely ignore. This was a HEAVY, stale, musty, haven't-seen-soap-today smell that filled the space. I was sitting there wondering how I'm at a MEDICAL FACILITY concerned about whether the equipment is sanitized when the person touching patients smells like basic hygiene wasn't on today's agenda. I don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. I don't expect perfume. I don't care what anyone looks like. But if your JOB requires you to stand inches away from patients, PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE YOUR SHIFT. Soap, water and deodorant should not be considered advanced medical technology. And then I overheard that she's the MANAGER?! That nearly took me out. If this is management, who exactly is enforcing standards? HER? She's supposed to be the example for the rest of the staff while loudly using profanity in front of patients and walking people into tiny rooms smelling like a damp laundry hamper that's been forgotten for a week? Absolutely not. The provider was at least pleasant, but even that portion of the appointment didn't inspire much confidence. She repeatedly had to leave the room to ask questions and then come back. The entire appointment felt rushed, disorganized and amateurish. I was told I needed a specialist referral. At checkout they had absolutely NO difficulty taking my payment and telling me I was done. Funny how that part of the operation runs efficiently. I left and realized nobody had given me any referral information. So I called. FIFTEEN MINUTES ON HOLD. Someone finally answered. I explained what happened. BACK ON HOLD. Eventually I was told someone would call me back. Three days later, I'm apparently still waiting for this mythical phone call. So, to recap: profanity in the waiting area, an unbelievably uncomfortable hygiene situation, chaotic service, a provider repeatedly leaving to ask questions, no referral information, 15+ minutes on hold, and absolutely no promised callback. But my payment? Oh, THAT they managed flawlessly. The most unbelievable part remains discovering that the person setting this spectacular standard of professionalism is supposedly THE MANAGER. If the manager is the example everyone else is expected to follow, this office doesn't need a suggestion box. It needs an intervention. One visit was more than enough. I will be contacting my insurance company and finding another provider immediately. I wouldn't voluntarily return to this office if they validated my parking, refunded my copay, AND handed me a complimentary bar of soap on the way in.
