Black lady scanning IDs was short and rude. I have a temp DL and doesn't understand the simple fact that it was renewed online and thinks I made a copy lol wouldn't even hear me out. SUPER SKETCHY.... New Security guy(s) outside has a deal with the towing company since they don't have a parking lot. I was parking in the same spot for months without a problem (have been told by the workers inside that it is fine). New security guy out front was acting super sketchy. I ran in for 5 minutes (much shorter than usual) and came out to my car towed. I ask the security guy about it and he was giving sketchy answers. I've purchased well over a thousand dollars worth of profucts from here and never had an issue until I receieved an empty package of pre rolled joints. I called in to correct this and was told to come back. It costs $30 round trip. The joints were $25... They told me they would not reimburse me for my time or travel. Despite selling me an empty package. I am not trying to waste more of my time and have reached out to their corporate aupport 5 times now TO ZERO REPLY. These guys will sell you an empty product and then not respond at all. I am not sure how this is remotely legal and have filed a complaint with the city of Chicago business bureau. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will sell you empty products and do nothing to correct their issue hoping you won't follow up. read more

staff was extremely rude. yelled at me to move out of the way when I step when I stepped aside to move out of the way to set up for a campaign. This crappy store doesn't use aero pay they use can pay which sets limits that are way less than the amount available in your account. They also at this specific location do not accept NFC debit cards, which is something accepted at other curaleafs. I will never return to the store. read more

Do not drive/park here. The parking lot, directly behind the building, is not actually for the dispensary. Makes sense right? Lol. So even if you are in the store for 3-5 minutes, they watch as you leave your vehicle and tow it right when you walk inside. It's a way for them to make extra profit off of you. I love their Jams gummies but the customer service at this location is terrible. I placed an order online at 4:15pm for pickup in approx 45 minutes. After 90 minutes, I call and start to head to the location since it was close to closing time. The man who I spoke to told me my order was ready and I was assured if I arrived before close, I would be let in and served. I told him my ETA and hung up. When I arrived, a few minutes earlier than expected, I was shocked to find the door locked. I called back again and was told even though they don't close for another 5 minutes (I literally just had to pickup my order) they served their last customer and I was out of luck. Even the lady on the second call said that the doors should be open until 6pm but since they weren't, I was still out of luck. Normally, I wouldn't be this frustrated as I have worked in customer service and I understand it, but I was explicitly told I would be good as long as I was there before 6pm. I would have understood if I was told on the first phone call that I was too late, but I was told to come in. Anyways, I unfortunately canceled my order and will not be returning to this location. read more

Really rude customer service as of late not sure if management has changed. I was on my way to pick up an order but their website was glitching and canceling orders without explanation. When I called the resolve the issue the representative didn't apologize for the website convince but instead made it seem like I did it on purpose. I'm not even going to go pick up my order at this point. This was usually my dispensary of choice but last few visits have been subpar with rude employees. The lady who wears the hat has been exceptionally rude on multiple experiences and whoever answered the phone today sealed the deal for me. Their hours say that they're open until 8. What they don't mention is if you come 20 minutes before close, they will turn you away if you don't have a pre order. I was turned away at 8:51, literally just wanted to buy one preroll, and at 8:55 I saw the employees exit out the back, laughing and unwrapping all of the products they picked up that day.
