Honestly hands downs the best tacos I've had. Their asada 10/10!!! So lean cooked to perfection…read more Their cabeza is.......I meannn talk about a delicacy! It's beyond the most tender meat you'll find in town. Their salsa is also just as great I mean there's nothing worse than a taco place with sucky salsa and theirs is to a tea ! But the last two times, I've been getting some other kind of meat or a tiny tiny amount of asada meat mixed with the other meats (they have cheek, lips, and head meat) which I don't prefer. The "asada" tacos not only taste completely different, the texture is different, and it looks like shredded stewy meat. It's also somehow drier and less juicy. I also saw the cook chopping up the flap steaks before I ordered it and that was not what I got. I thought the last time was a mix-up but now I think they thought I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. 5 stars for the real asada and Jamaica drink 3 stars for whatever I got the last 2 times

I wish I knew his name, but there's a guy there (shorter height and clean haircut) who gives some of the best customer service I've experienced. Super friendly, accommodating, and genuinely wants to make sure you get exactly what you're craving. One thing to note--there's a menu, but no pictures or brochures, so you kind of have to know what you want or ask. Luckily, he's more than happy to walk you through options. Nachos - Exactly how I remember nachos should be. The chips are those pre-made round ones (like Tostitos Rounds), but still crunchy and satisfying. The meats taste freshly cooked, with a nice sprinkle of veggies. And the best part--they use that classic nacho cheese and sour cream combo. The kind of cheese you'd get at 7-Eleven or a Dodgers game. Not the healthiest, but sometimes I want what I want. Tacos - Simple and classic. You really can't go wrong here. I've tried different meats and they've all been solid. Wet Burritos - Great balance of rice, beans, meat, and veggies. I've had the chicken, carne asada, and al pastor--all delicious. It also comes with a side of lettuce and sliced avocado, which is a nice touch. Side Bar - Fresh radishes, pickled jalapeños, lime, and lemon. Everything tastes fresh and adds a lot to the meal. What really stands out is how flexible they are with orders. I asked for nacho cheese on the side so my chips wouldn't get soggy--no problem. Extra salsa? As much as you want. Not sure if you want red or green salsa on your wet burrito? Get both on the side. They make it easy to customize exactly how you like it. Overall, great food, but even better service. This is the kind of spot that I don't want to review so I can keep it for myself.

I parked in the back with plenty of shade and there's plenty of parking in the adjacent plaza but quite a walk to the restaurant entrance. The place is pretty hot, I thought the AC was on but it was warm. Didn't feel so good eating inside during the hot summer day. But they have plenty of seating area, just wish it wasn't so warm inside. The menu was vast and they even serve sushi, after reading the reviews I decided to avoid seafood here. Even with the reviews I don't usually order seafood anyways so I ordered my favorite dishes which I usually would get such as the birria plate and carne asada fries (not spicy). I also ordered a kids meal of chicken nuggets and fries with a small Diet Coke. Unfortunately no refills allowed, so good thing I also ordered a large Diet Coke just in case. The food was ready fairly timely, the kids meal gas 8 nuggets and plenty of fries. My kid loves eating it with a ton of ketchup which each table has an assortment of hot sauce bottles and a bottle of ketchup. The carbs asada fries came in a round plastic plate, it's smaller than what other places serve but it could be because it's a dine in order and not in the take out box. The fries were chunky ones and the beans made it soggy fast. The carne asada were small, a little chewy and hard. The cheese was white so I couldn't tell the difference between it and sour cream, so it looked like you didn't get any cheese but it's there! The birria plate was on a reusable plate and side of warmed corn tortillas, with rice and beans. Rice is ok, a bit hard but still good. Beans were a bit too watery but not bad on flavor. Birria was ok as well, not spicy but tastes good with the pickled onions from the self serve counter. I ate the plate of food with lots of the pickled onions. Restroom is for customers only, you need to ask for the key and they have two unisex restrooms. Overall, I don't think I'll come back. It's just too uncomfortable to eat inside and it's not that different from the other places I can get my favorite dishes.

This time I got their mango aguafresca, flan, esquite, and chicken torta to try. The mango agua Fresca was sweet mangoy and refershing. Amazingly buttery juicy sweet and generously topped with rich mayo, Cotija cheese and tajin. The torta was also REALLY YUMMY and was filled with crunchy fresh onions, lettuce, tomato, and radish, soft beans, savory cheese, and tender limey flavorful perfectly grilled chicken. Here are the problems: 1. $7 for Chips and Guacamole - a giant basket of mediocre chips - basically a tablespoon of guacamole. Sorry, that's a terrible value. 2. The tacos were good, but again, kind of a crap value at $3 a taco. 3. I also ordered a medium Diet Pepsi. I don't know the exact price, but I had just spent $27 with a tip for 4 tacos/chips and guacamole/and a drink, but they wouldn't give me a refill unless I spent another $1.11. It's not a lot of money, but come on! Food is decent/not amazing/service is fine/prices are high and not a good value. I don't think I will be dining here ever again.
