I was going to bring my lap top to these people and when I called, Derrick was super helpful! since my laptop is older and a bit cheap he just recommended me to back up all my important documents and buy a new one. I've used Derrick as my go-to IT resource for my business the last 3 years and cannot recommend him enough. He's helped me scale my needs from 2 employee workstations to 5 including remote logins, VOIP phones, a central server, wirelessly networked printers, etc. In addition to being available for scheduled maintenance appointments, he utilizes remote login capability to troubleshoot us digitally in the case of any tech emergencies.
