It was getting dark when I picked the car up, when I got home, 2 miles away, I looked over my car in the garage and saw the scratches. It's over 3k in damages. The next morning, I took my car back and showed it to the man running the outside. He said he saw no scratches, said it was just dirty and I was lying. How could it be dirty, supposedly, they just cleaned it the evening before. We both looked the car over before I left it to be cleaned. He refused to admit they scratched my car and walked away. Also, when I picked the car up, it was still dripping wet all over and he said, no it's fine. Now I have to either take them to small claims or eat it and pay for the repairs myself. Do not trust this business!!

I noticed this location while driving down Buford Rd. and needed a wash, so made a u-turn and drove in. I asked the attendant at the entrance how much it would be to add a basic interior cleaning on. He told me $8 and that it would include vacuuming, wiping down the dashboard, and cleaning out the cup holders. It's been so cold out lately, so I went ahead and added it on. The car wash itself is pretty standard. It gets most of the mess off, but I sometimes will find a few spots that it missed. The interior cleaning took about 10 minutes and was alright. I later noticed a few spots/crevices that they obviously didn't vacuum/clean too well; but for the most part, it got the job done. I waited inside of the lobby where they have some complimentary coffee/popcorn while you wait. The staff were friendly enough, but it did seem like they were a little short-handed.

I exited the wash and turned right around to run my car back through to try and get the remainder of the goop and dirt off of my car. The manager and the manager's manager told me there was nothing they could do and refused to make good on what I just purchased. I've never heard of such poor customer service or a refusal to stand behind the quality of your product or service. Go up the street to any of the more reputable and less expensive car wash places on Hwy 9.
