Jay And Tre gave me the best customer service ever , and I was back on the road in about 15 mins

I wish I'd read these reviews before I allowed them to change my oil. Literally the worst customer service experience of my life. My daughter took my car here for the second time they charged her $150 (less a $25 coupon) for what they said was 7.7 quarts of oil. She called me from their store so I proceeded to ask - what did they do for that price? She said they only changed the oil but told her I needed coolant and an air filter - but they didn't have the coolant for my vehicle. Universal coolant was incompatible. They also showed her a dirty air filter and put it back in my car. I guess they didn't have that either! I asked her to put him on the phone and he claimed to be the Asst Manager. I was asking what to do about the coolant since they didn't have it. He told me to go to the auto store and purchase it, however, I was asking if there was any credit given for them not doing that and he commenced to YELLING into the telephone over and over saying "maam I told you if we put this universal coolant in your car it'll mess it up. You want me to mess up your car!?" I was stunned!!! He yelled this over and over and so I asked for a Manager. He proceeds to get a "General Manager" who he would only let me speak to on speaker phone who was just as rude. I tried to pose my question again and He immediately started yelling the same tired trope as the so called Assistant Manager who was standing next to him holding the speaker phone. If they had not already started my oil change I would have told my daughter to back my vehicle out of there! There is no excuse for speaking to a customer in that manner- ever. Then Asst Mgr yells "I already told you to buy the coolant and we'd put it in your car!" Which he may have said previously but I didn't hear - due to the manner in which he was speaking to me. Their full service oil change ended up being $125, not full service and topped off with a side of ignorance. I would not allow anyone I love (nor hate) to go to this facility. If I could give them a zero I would. read more

Manager jay and his assistance tae was very very polite costumer service and communication was top tier i went in for an oil change . And was not pressured to pay for anything extra unless i wanted to . He was understanding with it all! Thankyou guys read more

Mo and Mike did an excellent job working on my car they went above and beyond the call of duty I've been to a lot of Oil Change places but I have never been in a more professional environment than I was in today. great job guys keep it up I will be seeing you very soon. read more

Wel, I received a call from the corporate office of Uncle Eds. I e-mailed Robin the information he requested and within 3 hours I received and e-mail stating the will be sending me a check. I do appreciate that they took ownership. Thats what makes for a great company. read more

I went there for a oil change. They talked me into changing my cabin air filter and botched It so bad I had to take my car to the dealership to repair it. Went their a second time when I was sent there by a auto parts store when they couldn't figure out how to put on windshield wipers. Three techs and a manager couldn't figure out how to put them on. I drove down the street to another auto parts store and they put them on in 5 minutes. Will never go back. read more

I've been here a few times and always had a pleasant experience. There's never a long wait and the customer service is good. They do try to sell you a million different services so I tell them upfront I'm only here for x, y, and z. Prices are a little high but the convenience of pulling your car in and not having to get out makes it worth the extra money. Especially when you're in a hurry or the weather is bad. read more

I am not a car guy. I know where the gas goes. If you held a gun to my head, I might be able to figure out how to change the windshield wiper blades after an hour or two. If you asked me to change the oil in a car I would likely cry like a six year old with a skinned knee in frustration. My brain just doesn't work that way. So to have a place like this close to the house is a welcome find. Been going here with both my car and my wife's for nearly the past two years, and they're always fast, courteous, informative and non-gouging with the prices. They do what they say they're going to do, and try to get you in and out with as little fuss as possible, in as little time as possible. I did some comparison shopping before doing the more extensive items like an engine cleaning, or a radiator flush and fill, and they're always cheaper...especially since every time I turn around there's another coupon showing up in our mailbox from them for some service or another. read more

The so called manager was horrible today!!!! I always go here and this new guy just isn't it. I spend $140 to get absolutely not but my oil flushed and put back in. He gets on the phone with my boyfriend and lie about checking the signals and lights on the vehicle ( Which he NEVER did). Then tells me for coolant, windshield wiper fluid, and radiator fluid top off it will be 6 dollars per quart. All this after I sat and watched the other guy that was working that all of that is included. The so called manager goes back and tell the other customer sorry he was mistaken it will be $6 dollars per quart. They as I'm leaving cause I'm beyond frustrated and just wanna go now... I told him he didn't check not one signal and he said absolutely nothing. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS!!! My suggestion to the owner would be get rid of the Newbie ( So called manager) and find a new one before you don't have a business that's to him. read more

Why would you get your oil change here? They charge you $50 for the same thing you can get for half price down the street. My niece went there with 80000 miles on her car and they charged her a high mile fee of $20. They also sold her an air filter and she ended up paying $100 for an oil change! read more

These guys told me my warranty would be voided if I didn't use synthetic oil. Told me that is the case on all Chrysler Capital leases for the Dodge 3.6l v6 engine. I hadn't heard this but took their word for it. Turns out they were full of it, any 5w20 would suffice. Liars! read more

$75 later, I went for an oil change "only". Found that my license plate light was burned out. After an hour and a half wait because something was wrong with their computers and $75 bill I will never go back there again. $8 for a quart of oil is crazy and thats not synthetic oil. read more

Came in for a simple oil change & radiator flush but ended up having exhaust issues when entering the bay. Max & Mike were very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that I made it home safely. Thanks again guys!! read more

4000 miles on 2014 grand carven,oil fliter installed wong,after going back to eds to see if thay made a mistake,they had me tow to dealer,dealer fixed with a new oil filter,had to beg to get a refund,by the way they charge $10.00 extra for a oil filter on there oil changes,they almost cost me a new motor. stay away read more
