They are great. Quick turn around time. Communication is great. I've even come out with a bill that was less than the estimate.

Had an appointment for next day I stopped by because of the knowledge that I will get honest service at a fair price.

Jason broke the estimate up in chunks in case I did not want to do it all at one time with vehicle safety as the priority.

We called and they said they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet, but they promised they would look at it today (Thursday). Almost 5pm on Thursday and still haven't heard from them. We called and again they said they hadn't looked at it yet. Then they got an attitude when we told them we would just come get and have someone else look at it. We went all week without a car and they never even bothered to look at it or communicate with us. They must not need business. Do not go here.

The good: All Around Auto was able to get me in the next day! They were professional, friendly, and were extremely thorough. They fixed my van's brakes. The bad: Getting only my rear brakes done at All Around Auto was more than twice as much as getting BOTH my front and rear brakes done at our usual shop, A&A Auto, although that was two years ago. So it basically cost about 4 times as much. Sure, inflation has been rough, but not by that much. They were upfront with what it would cost, but there was nothing I could do if I wanted to get my brakes in working order for our trip. I do appreciate they did it quickly, but I think I know why this shop was not busy. This shop does many things right, but beware their costs are prohibitive, and cost is a huge deal.

This place just charges me for labor, but the fishy thing about them is, every time I go back, they seem to be charging me $1 more than the last time.... :-\ It started at $12, and now it's gone to $15. I can't find any place real close to me that cheaper, so keep going back, and the staff is nice and it's just an oil change for goodness sake. However, once, I did make the mistake of taking my car there on a more serious matter. I had just bought a used Altima straight from the owner, and they had my car over night, they ran a bunch of diagnostics on it, and they "guessed" it was the sort of crank shaft sensor... so I paid Univ. Auto $65 for their diagnostic fee, and I ended up taking it to Nissan of Sterling Heights to actually get the part replaced. Lo and behold, replacing the crank sensor did nothing and my car was still out cold and my wallet was out cold $100! So I went back to Univ. Auto and made them give me a refund on account of their bad diagnosis, which they didn't really argue. All in all this place is good if you want simple things done to your car, but I would take your car to the dealership for a more serious matter.

The first time I went in was due to my exhaust tail pipe rusting off, right near the flange. The workers gave me a quote of $60-$70 to replace the flange and gasket. Overall, pretty reasonable. The second time I went in, I knew I needed to change my brakes because I was hearing squealing from the back tires, and the front tires started making a grinding sound. I bought the material which included brake pads for the front and back, as well as rotors from autozone.Talking to the owner, Frank, this saved me about $30. He told me typically he charges for people bringing in their own material, but only charged me $12.72 for rags, lubes and whatever, l, which was I wasn't too pleased to hear. The total came out to about $172 for two hours and the random material charge. Since they rotated my tires and checked my suspension, as well, I let it slide. Overall, I think this place is fair, but you should still do your homework and ask for a quote before they do the work.

I did a lot of research about Nash before choosing them to do a complete pre-purchase inspection of a used Lexus. While the BBB'S "A+" rating is a good thing, I know from experience that there are many "A+" businesses that have had complaints filed with the BBB. What impressed me is that the business has been on file with the BBB for many years and that there have been NO COMPLAINTS on record against Nash's Auto. This, plus very favorable reviews here on Yelp and on Google led me to choose this company. While other shops could not get us in right away for the prepurchase inspection, Kyle had us in and out the next morning. The evaluation was very comprehensive in the inspection. I was impressed with how thorough they were in checking over everything needed to convince us that the car was truely as good as we hoped it was. I would recommend Nash's Auto based on this experience and would gladly use them again when there is the opportunity to do so.

On top of that, Devon took pictures during the work to show me how clean and neat everything was. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work done.
