Shoemaker's looked at the report then upon further inspection (cleaned under the car, then attempted to drive it around so they can see whether it would leak) found that there was actually no leak at all! They are very thorough in their care for the car and took the time to explain everything to me, they saved me from having to pay for an expensive and unnecessary service I would have had at Toyota. They are incredibly friendly and courteous even offering to drive me home after they found out i was planning on walking in -9 degree weather. I will be back and Shoemaker's will be my go to mechanic.

I regret we didn't stumble on Furr's earlier (because in our youth we did run into a couple of other car repair businesses in town that took advantage of our inexperience and naivete). Fast, fair prices, straight talk and no upsells or unnecessary work. They find what's wrong, fix it, and nothing more. What else can you ask for? We have had numerous quick repairs done at no cost and some extensive diagnosis work done for very little or free.
