Honestly this is my favorite location compared to the Farmersville location as the Woodlake location gives out FREE cookies! They are drug free cookies that's delicious! The Snickerdoodle cookies are bomb! They are made from the next door coffee shop called "Munchies" which I really want yo get a dozen but due to COVID-19 their hours are different and not been able to gjve them business. Anywho if you come in from Valley Pure you get a nice discount. So I prefer this location as my dude and I can come in as a couple. The Farmersville location breaks you up. Since I don't make a purchase I just tag a long and observe as my dude does his thing. I usually talk to the staff as my mom likes Edibles for her pains she experiences. The staff is always friendly and kind. They always specials going on. It's hard to try to practice social distancing as this location is so small. They take CASH only! So come prepared with your ID ready. This location can get busy FAST best times to come to avoid lines are when they open or before noon or mid afternoon. Overall the dude loves coming here. If you are looking for something in particular I recommend to call a head as the drive from Clovis is about an hour. This location is always stocked up compared to the Farmersville location. You will have a pleasant experience and make sure you grab some cookies too!!!!

I've been to this dispensary a couple of times now…read more I'm kind of surprised that I'm the first one to review it on Yelp, since it already has hundreds of reviews on Google, and appears to have been open for a while. The signage for the dispensary is not great, so it's kind of hard to find. Even though I use a navigator, I've missed it on the first try every time so far. But at least the parking lot is huge, and I've never had an issue parking close up. Staff/security are not visible from the parking lot, but remain in the foyer. The foyer has glass windows so that you can see into the shop before you go in. The selection is okay but not great, and the prices are okay but not great. I would definitely not come here to stock up on a big order, but, in a pinch, I could find something that works. The checkout process here is kind of horrible. For some reason, the staff member who helps you on the floor has to "order" your items on their tablet, and then someone else goes to find them and also has to do their own inventory process, and it just ends up taking a very long time. It's funny because this dispensary is set up like some of the super efficient dispensaries I've been to in SF, but in practice, at least in my experience, they just aren't very efficient. I think the word "friendly" would be a stretch, but the staff are usually helpful. Personally, I get a little bit annoyed by them repeatedly insisting that the prices are low and that the deals are great, because they really aren't. Everything I've bought here has been fresh and has worked as expected. Nothing has been defective so far. Overall an okay dispensary with average prices on average brands.

Billed for using a debit card??…read more First, my bank statement shows $2 ATM usage fee, from Long Beach, altho I was in Porterville. Then, another charge for item purchased, but it shows as an ATM cash withdrawal, again in Long Beach. I was about to call my bank to get the card stopped! Fortunately I looked up the address on the charge and it was Haven. I don't know why they use another store's address, or post it as a cash withdrawal..very confusing and concerning. It also ticks me off for $2 fee for using a debit card. What's the reason for the card fee? Seriously, this is not a little mom&pop business. They have a highly technical system. To me it feels like they are doing something hinky, and they make you think you're getting freebies but you're paying for it with those fees. The store is fine and the employees are nice, but Haven needs to be honest about those fees. And they should at least tell people in advance there's a card fee. Yes it's only $2 but the idea behind it is not nice.

It took over a month of back and forth BS and lies before they tried to make it right. However, the whole time they were unknowingly sending me CC of their conversations, talking about how I just smoked the trim and want free products. They talked about how I was making things up about the poor customer service. They said some pretty crazy things about me, all based on the fact that I was pissed off for being strung along for over a month when they could have fixed it on day one. They were making all kinds of absurd claims. Talking all kinds of shit on me beccause I was pissed off. Calling me "mentally unstable" and saying other, worse things. I never cared about the product. I care about being lied to and taken advantage of. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I've NEVER seen such pompous and arrogant people. They are nice to your face, but watch out. They will throw you under the bus to save a few bucks, and they don't give a damn about losing customers. Save yourself the trouble, and shop somewhere else. Use one of the delivery services that dont tax you out the ass, while you're at it.
