Slaw did not have my preference of mayo or flavor profile but the wife liked it. Most days he opens between 12pm and 1pm. He did share his cell number with me so I could call in orders even when he is not yet at the truck and we can arrange a pick up time. Sweet!! Come get you some.

The "Carb Bomb" flavor could have been a bit more exciting. The real letdown, though, was the Whiskey Chicken entrée. It was supposed to come with two chicken breasts, but what we received was essentially one chicken breast sliced thinly to look like two. This was honestly pretty disappointing considering the price. The dish just didn't live up to expectations. Despite these hiccups, I do want to give credit to the server, who was working solo and doing her best to handle all the tables. However, my ranch was missing and I had to ask for it after the food was already served. The food itself was fresh, but it lacked flavor. My husband's sandwich especially was disappointing because there was very minimal mac and cheese on it, which is kind of the highlight of that burger. Overall, not terrible, but not great either. The restaurant was clean and had friendly staff. We sat at the bar and ordered flights. There are many beers on tap and it seems like they constantly rotate their selection. The beers were average to above average. The food was excellent. They have a brick oven for pizzas and calzones. I liked the pizza but I loved the burger. The burger was simple but seasoned very well and cooked to order. I would return to try more beer and food from TBBC.
