A coworker brought this in for lunch as the office is really close to this location. The pizza was hot and seems to have been made somewhat fresh. These are pretty big pizzas so definitely good for parties with hungry people. We also tried their wings and garlic knots. The garlic knots were probably my favorite. They were well seasoned, warm and had the perfect texture. The wings were also pretty good and came with ranch and blue cheese on the side. The service was quick as the pizza was ready for pickup as the agreed upon time. They forgot to put my order in when I went back in store they rushed the pizza and fries and it was not cooked. The soda was warm as well. Steve said he refunded me because I returned the food and he did not. He called the manager or owner on the phone to ask how to return the food and never did. read more

I pulled up a pizza place with top rated reviews near me and this popped up. The only thing that I noticed is that it has two different names so I wasn't sure if I ordered from the right place when the food got delivered. It came up as ZZ pizza on Google, but also showing as hot rocks pizza so that was a little confusing. Other than that, the food was amazing! I'm not sure if there are real Italians in that kitchen or what but they are doing their thing! We enjoyed it. It was so fresh. It was a Saturday night when I placed the order for Delivery, but they ended up being at the front door in less than 20 minutes, which was a great surprise! We ordered through UberEats...baked ziti, baked spaghetti, regular spaghetti, and hot rocks fries. The fries were decent...reminds me of Popeye's fries, for comparison. The pastas were just so poorly executed that I don't even know where to start. The sauce was super watery, lacked Italian seasoning, no meat present at all, large pieces of tomatoes that weren't cooked down enough. The pasta was at least al dente, but overall all of the pasta was unappealing and unappetizing. For the baked pastas, same thing...just noodles and watery sauce covered in melted mozzarella cheese. I checked reviews first, and someone said the baked pastas just aren't good. Unfortunately, I have to concur. I mean, some Italian seasoning would help a little, but I've never had baked ziti or spaghetti with no meat or sauce so watery. 2 stars is generous, but to be fair, the fries weren't bad, and the pasta noodles were at least Al dente, so I'll give credit where it's due. The garlic knots weren't bad either, but 3 out of the 6 were burnt. I've also had pizza here before, and it wasn't bad, but please either improve the sauce recipe or reconsider serving pasta, period. read more

A little place that's just off Memorial Highway, but they more than get the job done! Although I've never had their pizza (though I intend to eventually) I really love getting their wings and fries delivered. My go-to with them is definitely their chicken wings and their hot rocks fries. Why??? Well...because wings and fries, what else. But what brings the fries the edge is that the fries are seasoned with Old Bay and it's accompanied with an incredible white cheddar cheese sauce. Delicious!! You do get more than enough cheese sauce for the fries. The wings themselves are great, I always get bone-in, and there's always plenty of meat on it. the garlic parm goes great with the Hot Rocks Fries. Service here is pretty good. I made the mistake of not taking a picture before eating but let me tell you this place is the real deal. I've gotten the Cheese Pizza and the Chicken Parmesan here on separate occasions. The fact that I went more than once says it all. The crust is something you'd expect from NY. The sauce has a hint of sweetness and is incredibly delicious. I don't know who's in the kitchen but I'm telling you now they know what they're doing. I also got the garlic knots and they speak for themselves. I just moved to Tampa and this is now my go to pizza spot. read more

Don't let the promise of 6% cash back from GetUpside fool you! You will need to upload your receipt but they don't print the last 4 digits of the card you used on the receipt so you won't get the cash back. That out of the way...their store is barely "standing room only", so takeout/delivery only. They are located up about 4 or 5 steps, so, if you have mobility issues, or just don't do stairs as gracefully as you would like, this might be an issue, especially if you are trying to go down the stairs with a pizza box in your hands. There is a wheelchair ramp, but it is at the way far side of the strip mall from here. However, they do have spots outside marked for carside delivery which is very convenient. I called in my order for a meat lover's Stromboli so I could pick it up on my way home from work. I arrived and discovered they made the wrong flavor. They quickly made the correct one for me and off I went to share the bounty with Hubster. First thing I noticed was the (overwhelming) smell of garlic. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE A VAMPIRE!! Once I made it home, I cut it in half and prepared to package Hubster's half so he could take it to work. The crust is tender, yet chewy, which is wonderful. Lots of cheese and meats and garlic. Very filling! The full size is perfect for 2 people to share, or, they offer BOGO Stromboli and Calzones on Sundays as a weekly special. There is a 3% surcharge for using a card to pay, if that is important to anyone. So. Now the big question...would I come back? They are very conveniently located, they offer carside delivery so I don't have to navigate stairs with a pizza box, and I do like their crust.
