Pizza is decent. Service is terrible whether it's the employee or the owner. Anytime you give feedback they do not receive it well. Delivery times are all over the board. They missed half of our order and when called to ask for a refund they were not receptive have ordered from this place multiple times. Each time it seems to get worse. Ordered a three topping create your own pizza. The menu price for the 14" was 25.39. Instead of charging the advertised price, they charged for a 14" cheese pizza and added an additional 2.79 for each of the toppings in addition to another 1.79 for a sauce. This brought the cost for the pizza to 30.18. When I called to politely inquire if I was charged correctly I was told that that's how the computer charges it and there was nothing that they can do about it. When I asked if the menu prices were correct I was told the" calculations on the menu are probably wrong. Because you had a bad experience it's not my fault. I was then hung up on. Poor customer service! Over charging the customer is bad business. read more

We were really hungry and in need of some food on a Friday night at 10:30 pm. Unfortunately a lot of restaurants were closed. We were close by Uncle Pizza, and saw that they were open! We decided to give them a try. We ordered an XL "Uncle Mike" pizza ($29) and it was so delicious!! The toppings were all very fresh, and the toasted crust was yummy. Baked to perfection. :) The pizza sauce was tasty, and I truly appreciate that they loaded up the toppings clear to the edge of the crust. The level of customer service at Uncle Pizza was really great. The guy who helped us was very nice and helpful. He gave us a generous cupful of fresh grated Parmesan cheese, one of crushed pepper flakes, and plates & utensils to go. Am I drunk? Maybe. After a few drinks, my friends and I really need some carbs to soak up the alcohol. I placed a quick online order for the Chris and the Greg, and it was so delicious. The standout on the Greg, I think was the Ricotta and the basil. For the Chris, my friend really liked the ham. Overall, A1 drunk pizza. I wish I could leave a better review because the pizza DESERVES a better review. It's great pizza! However, the service was truly dismal. We visited at an off time, around 3 on a Sunday. We placed our order and came to pick up, intending to use the $3 off coupon here on Yelp. The owner refused to honor their own coupons, stating "he's a pizza guy who can't do technology". It was INCREDIBLY unprofessional- he even told us it "was bullshit." Don't have coupons if you won't honor them??? Wow. Honestly, the service and food speak for themselves. You should just stop reading and pick up the phone and order. I'm from Jersey, so by default, I have a very specific threshold for pizza and this one blew all of my expectations out of the water. We got the super Uncle Phil, no dried tomatoes and a Caesar salad. First off, phone service is quick, to the point, and polite. Next, the crust on the pizza is PERFECT. I'm usually a thin crust kinda gal, because most places go too thick. Uncle Pizza nails it with their classic crust. Toppings seem fresh as it gets and the flavor of the crust and the cheese and the sauce is spot on, too. It arrived quickly and conveniently to my hotel room and the delivery guy was incredibly courteous. Dressing comes on the side so the salad doesn't get soggy, which I appreciated. I had to make myself sit on the opposite side of the room of the pizza or I would have continued to devour the whole thing. I'm already looking forward to my lunch tomorrow! We found ourselves looking for something to eat after all the restaurants were closed and even bars weren't serving food (it was 1030). We decided to try out Uncles Pizza and I'm glad we did. It was quite delicious! We ordered the Uncle Mike and 2 House Salads. The salads were full of delicious fresh veg. Nothing old, wilted or gross at all. They were a good size too. I love a good salad. The pizza is a little thinner than we normally prefer but it was full of toppings and they went right to the edge. It had a very good flavor and we enjoyed every bite. I had forgotten to ask for chili flakes and parm but they had included a little cup of each in the box. Delivery was further out that we wanted to wait so I went to pick it up. It's a little tricky to find but as long as you know it's in a house, it's across from the Shell gas station and it faces away from the main road you should be ok finding it. read more

Update almost three years later: Didn't even realize I had been to Uncle Pizza before as they have a new (much smaller) location. The pizza is still solid, I had the Uncle Josh which was a good overall pizza. My critique: more pepperoni and bacon. Overall a solid pie though, just wish I had ordered a larger size since the crust is very thin. Look if you are looking for a New York 5 star pizza this is not your place. But, let's be honest with ourselves, this is Glenwood Springs not NYC. Having said all that the pizza was very solid. Crust was nicely done and pretty flavorful toppings were solid quality as well. The sauce had a nice flavor to it, but I do wish, like other reviews have mentioned, that they added more sauce to the pizza!
