Great soup and sandwich place at the Roosevelt library. You don't have to buy admission to enter the cafe. Anne Marie was very welcoming!

This has become a favourite local stop. Delicious clean food and drinks. You can order a made in house sandwich/meal or a grab and go. My go to has become the chicken salad on croissant with a side of their potato salad. They sell these refreshing refreshers (lol) and the mix of flavours are all GOOD ! Staff are friendly and kind. Location is superb it's in the visitors center of a historic homestead of one of the nations greatest leaders. Roosevelt's

White tablecloth stuff! Once we checked in we were seated pretty quickly. Our server came by and talked to the menu. Everything sounded so good! We got a little amuse bouche to start us off. Pretty tasted and did the job to make us hungry !! We then picked the beef dumpling soup to share. Deep flavors and very tasty. For mains I chose the Duo of Duck. Smoked duck breast with the sausage bon bon was really good. Duck was just right. Deb had the Berkshire Pork. Wheatberry porridge, gremolata and mustard seeds made for a really nice bite. This was good and portion was nice. We did wait a while in between course which is the only ding but the experience was really nice.

My daughter and I shared the Margherita pizza and the Garganelli Pasta with Short Rib Ragù, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The pizza had a perfectly crisp crust with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the short rib ragù was rich, tender, and incredibly comforting. Since it's a brewery, I couldn't leave without trying one of their beer flights. Our server recommended a selection, and every single beer was excellent. It was a fun way to sample their craft brews, and the recommendations were spot on. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the location makes it an ideal stop before or after a show at the Bardavon. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Poughkeepsie! Highly recommend.

This note is for the kitchen staff: Read the specifications on the order. When someone says they have a wheat or gluten allergy, you don't include said products. This includes your soy peanut dressing (soy sauce has wheat) which I had called the restaurant about a few minutes before I placed my order to confirm if it had any wheat or gluten products. You may end up serving it up to someone with a severe allergy and cause a lawsuit against your establishment.

Breakfast all day, salads, sandwiches, roasted chicken, meatloaf, pasta, soup, and desserts! Did something say milkshake? We came in after a tour at the CIA since the Egg wasn't open yet for dinner. We were seated quickly and our ice water came too. It took us awhile to settle on our entrees because there is soooo much to see. After asking our server for their favs, we landed on the seafood salad and patty melt to share. The seafood salad items (shrimp, scallops and calamari were cooked perfectly. They do not skimp on the size of the seafood either. The house tomato dressing is really bright with a hint of sweetness. Hubby's party melt was a little undercooked but still tasty. The rye bread was buttery toasted and the grilled onions were nice and carmelized. He also loved the seasoned French fries. Oh we really wanted dessert but passed. We did get a small black and white cookie because I'm on the hunt for the best. At only .50, how could I not get one?our server was very attentive and energetic. Loved her! Folks, don't let the low reviews stop you from coming here because they almost did for me. No regrets in the decision. We'll be back for breakfast!

The walking tour lasted for ~45 minutes or so, with the guide ending with a tasting of three different Sakes and pieces of Sushi to pair with. The building itself was quite modern looking (they just built it recently) and very well-kept. You get to see the entire brewery and the equipment they operate with, and there's also a good amount of seating at the front for after the tour. There's also an area where you can look at Sake for sale and buy to take home. Overall, it was a very fun and educational experience, and I would definitely recommend if you're into learning more about Sake!

They have a limited, but nice snack menu and an extremely attentive staff to make sure you are both informed and well taken care of.
