Ordered tonight from Uncle Sam's. Pretty simple order...or so I thought. Chopped Italian grinder with no lettuce and add onions, large combo pizza and mozzarella sticks. Supposed to be ready at 5, get there not ready, ok things happen. Get my food home and I don't know what that mess called a grinder was but definitely not what I ordered. Looked like an Italian with a full jar of mayonnaise on it. Brought it back and they did offer to make a new one but I've already wasted enough time. Then they offered to just refund the grinder. I demanded a full refund for the waste of my time and gas which they gave me with no apology. Absolutely ridiculous place! read more

About 2 months ago i stopped ever ordering food from uncle sams. On a Friday night I ordered Alfredo & pizza for my kids. It took an hour and a half to get me my order. After I called them a hour later asking about my order. Then 35min later it showed up. It was very apprent that the food had been done 30min after I ordered it initially because it was cold as shit. I worked in the food industry for 20 years. There's no excuse. Also the driver told me they didn't have alot of drivers on ( poor decision on the owners part for a friday night) as well he told me id be credited for my order. That never happened. Since then I as well as co workers stopped ordering food from there establishment. There are massive inconsistencies when purchasing food from uncle sams. Its unfortunate. People dont buy food for the quality. They get it cuz its convenient. That is if the food is correct and not missing items and arrives in a timely manner. Employees could care less what they're doing and are not properly trained on September 6 around 5:30 PM the worst service I have ever had. Seafood wrap I ordered about half of what it normally would have, and I saw the person emptying out the container and didn't bother to make any more so I received about half of what I paid for. This used to be our go to pizza place now it's more of if were passing by after running errands type of place. The service and quality really went down after covid, so we actually stopped ordering from here all together but then tried them again on a whim and was surprisingly satisfied. However, there is no consistency. It's good, it's bad, it's mediocre... you never know what you're going to get. Placed in order over the weekend for 2 wraps, the boy on the phone was rude and short, one of the wraps was supposed to be dry, get home and it has mayonnaise on it, so not dry. The other was a grilled chicken wrap that didn't even look like they attempted to "wrap", as soon as I took the paper off, the bottom fell out of it. Very frustrating! The kicker was the tip option when you pay, the main screen has 20%, 18% 15% I believe, and you have to press the over key to custom tip and when we did so the custom tip button wasn't working. So, you either leave nothing or must tip one of the other options. Lucky for them I wasn't paying because I would have left nothing, especially because when we mentioned it to the kid he just laughed. Don't call. Don't visit the website. Don't even bother. Potato skins are pathetic little potato's, the sour cream came curdled it was so gross. The pizza is good but it's greasy to the point where I had seventeen pimples the next morning they were so bad I contemplated calling doctor pimple popper. Have been going to Uncle Sam's for over 16yrs. That being said, I remember them being any worse. After being in the emergency room for 5 hours we were hungry. Since the door said they were open til 9, @ 750 we tried to order steak subs. Grills were shut down already & young man said they closed at 8. Ordered 2 pizzas & they claimed to be out of dough & were attempting to make some. Pizzas were mushy. This is no way to run a pizza place. read more

We have bren going here fot 40 yrars. Multiple timrs a week. Since a long time worker who has been working there since 1996, they've had children running the restaurant and skimping on the food. I ask for extra meats and get less! My wife loved the pizza but now she gets burned pizza. I call them and they have the phone off and say they are closed when they are open! They have lost our business and we literally spent 100s of dollars a week on food, now they make us feel unwanted! Btw, I got a meatball grinder with 6 bite sized meatballs in a large. Ordered tonight. Really fast delivery, driver called to let me know the food was on the steps where I asked them to leave it (my dogs can be excitable). My son loved his pizza, ate the entire thing in record time. My salad was super fresh, huge and delicious. Wings were yummy too. Highly recommend! read more

I have been disappointed more often then satisfied with my dinners @ Uncle Sams. Today was no exception. I ordered two salads with extra olives, one salad had no olives at all and the other had greek olives, which my father in law didnt like. I also asked for extra meats and it looked as though it was the normal amount. In addition to my salads I ordered a seafood sub with just lettuce, extra seafood. I ended up getting my seafood sub with lettuce and provolone cheese(which I hate) & just the regular amount of seafood. I think its time to have a chat with your staff and ask them to put a little more care & attention into their work. It may only be making pizzas,subs,salads etc but to the customer it does matter. Don't get me wrong, there are some staff at Uncle Sams that I've encountered that go above and beyond, however there are some who just don't seem to care to be there. read more

Pizza is very consistently greasy and bland. I've tasted a wide variety of the menu because my parents love it and there isn't really anything that makes this place stand out in a positive way. The Big Mac pizza while interesting has gross hamburger layered on with a way too generous amount of pickles and thousand island dressing. Fries are soggy and onion rings are okay but you can probably buy the same brand at the big Y for less. Delivery is a joke, usually taking up to an hour to arrive. Online ordering works fine. Good news is I haven't met a child yet that won't eat this so it is a great resort for babysitters! Just order early. read more

It wouldve came to about 17 dollars. So I called them back and they were like no there isnt. It doesn't let you not choose a star but I wouldn't of if I had the choice. I have ordered from here for years and I've never had a problem, there was always great customer service and good food. Now the past couple times I've been there, their customer service sucks and the food is shitty. It took 2 1/2 hours for my food to get delivered only 10 minutes away when the estimated time was 45 minutes.
