"Knowing nothing about guns, I was gifted my father's favorite hand gun when he passed away knowing that "it needed parts". I was recommended to Center Mass and met Patrick as soon as I walked in. He helped me put the parts we had back together and researched what part was missing. He thoroughly explained how it would still work without it but also the consequences of not getting a new one. Unfortunately, there were no parts available online - anywhere - for such an old German gun but he helped me figure out how I could make one myself. After all that work and effort he put into the gun and me, he didn't charge me a thing. Being clueless about guns, they all made me feel comfortable and treated me well. It was my first time bringing my rifle the lady at the counter and asked me what type of caliber I was shooting and what kind of ammo I said 5.56 green tip she notified me that the green tips were not allowed on the range so I purchased non-green tip 556 round from them and I proceeded to go to the pistol range after I was done at the pistol range I went to the counter and the lady requested I give her my green tip rounds as I was pulling my ammo out of the bag to give to her the manager, Gary Allen was very rude and was harassing me as I was giving it to her so I requested my money back on the ammo. This place is not friendly at all. I do not recommend spending your money here. I would take it to somewhere else like Center Mass in Livonia where they're friendly and they treat you like family. I don't know what's wrong with that guy that day, but that was very disrespectful and I will be taking my money elsewhere again stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional. Also to note you can read other reviews about this place about how they are rude and unprofessional. US Army vet And to the Mr know it all Mr. Gray green tip ammunition (M855) is not legally classified as "armor-piercing" under US federal law.
