    Loaded Nachos

Visited Tarpon River with some friends following a walk/run around the area. There was a group of us and we had no idea they were all booked up for a private event. Nonetheless, the people at Tarpon River were kind enough to accommodate us and seated us in their private room. Service continued to be amazing as they took our orders, and our food didn't take very long to come out. I got the loaded nachos to share which was good and super loaded. Some others got the burger which looked great, so I'll definitely have to try it next time. Overall, a great visit!

Tarpon is one of my favorite local spots. I usually come on the weekend with my boyfriend, and sometimes we bring our dog because tarpon is pet friendly. They even provide a water bowl for your dog. The service is always 10/10. There is seating outside, inside near the bar, or tables in the back. We always get the big ass pretzel! The house made beer cheese and spicy mustard combo is elite. We also love their chicken wings. My favorite beer of theirs is the chopped and hopped IPA. I highly recommended tarpon for their great food, great beer and great vibes!

Cool spot in Fort Lauderdale with a very casual, laid-back atmosphere. There's open seating both inside and outside, plus a large private room that's great for birthdays or events. For larger groups like ours, they also have a front room that comfortably accommodated our party of seven. It's dog-friendly too, which adds to the relaxed vibe. They regularly host events, including live music, and even have cornhole, which makes it a fun place to hang out. The food was pretty good. We ordered a variety, including burgers, chips and guac, nachos, and a pretzel, and everything was enjoyable. They also offer a solid selection of beers, wines, and seltzers. The beers were a hit with my friends, and I had a canned mojito that was surprisingly good. Service was great. Our waitress was awesome, and it was very clear that the staff works well together as a team, which made the experience even better.

Good service. The chicken sandwich ($18) was delicious! I also ordered the good as gold 16 oz ($7.5) and a flight of 4 that varies from $3-$4. Place seems to be pet friendly also! Good ambiance. Restrooms are small.

Cute little brewery if looking for relaxed vibes with TVs. Service is solid and Some of the best wings I've had in Lauderdale.

Came for brunch and some jazz. The music was awesome, perfect vibe for a Sunday brunch (The Ricca Project). My go-to is the salmon salad. It is just plain fantastic. The char on the grilled salmon, paired with a light lemon vinaigrette and the fresh greens just works!

I've been here before and it's always a great option for a good beer. The bartender was very attentive and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. I first chose "King Tide $10" and "Vienna on the Mind $8," Vienna was my favorite. Definitely a great option for going out with friends. The atmosphere is rustic but very pleasant.

Seems like there is always something happening at Tarpon river brewing. On the night I was there, there were people organizing a night time bike ride. People were coming in with their bikes and grabbing food and all talking with each other. And someone else asked me if I was coming to trivia night so clearly there is a social agenda here as well as food and drink! It definitely is a friendly crowd. When the people I was meeting didn't show up, I decided to eat before heading home. At least 2 servers and a bartender ran around to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. The beer was cold and the burger was delicious. I appreciated that they let me taste a couple of beers before I decided which one I wanted as beer is not usually my drink of choice, but hey- when you are in a local brewery, ya gotta go for the beer! There is a patio area up front which is a nice place to sit if it's not too hot (dog friendly too as evidenced by the number of dogs out there)otherwise head indoors to the bar. If you drive- there is parking in the back and along the road. All in all, Tarpon River Brewing is definitely a neighborhood gathering spot that's worth a stop in!

    Nice "in the garage" seating.

My first time at Tarpon River Brewing. I've had their beers around town at different restaurants. I really came to try one beer listed on their website: Tarponriverbrewing.com I had the "Honey Love". It's an Imperial Cream Ale and it was worth the 20 minute drive. I had numerous Cream Ales and Cream Stouts in my jazz club days in Chicago. (Oz for jazz was my favorite.) I really don't see Cream beers that often any more. This Ale was crisp and bright with a nice bouquet of citrus. Perfect for a Fort Lauderdale summer! The menu says Honey Love "drinks easy but goes down hard." I guess so, it has almost 10% ABV. Tarpon is really nice. They have a full beer menu. They offer great wines for your non-beer friends. The food menu is more robust than most microbreweries. My server was delightful even though I was here for only a beer or two. Nice "in the garage" outdoor seating. Lots of indoor bar seating. Parking exists all around the building and a public parking lot is on the next block with ParkMobile. I arrived 15 minutes after opening on a Wednesday and the happy hour crowd was already here. That's a testimony! I plan to return for a meal soon.

Always enjoy returning to Tarpon River Brewing. Had the double smash burger and it was delicious. Fries were nice and fresh. I like the interior design of the brewery and service is consistently top notch.

Absolutely love this place! It's the perfect spot to kill some time--especially if you're picking someone up from Fort Lauderdale airport (only 11 minutes away!). They've got an awesome happy hour with BOGO on beer, wine, and seltzers, which is hard to beat. The popcorn chicken is a must-try--so good! They also offer a solid selection of other bites if you're feeling snacky. What keeps me coming back is the great service and super chill vibe. Whether you're hanging solo or with friends, it's always a good time here.

Ambiance: Fun brewery near the river with a ton of great beers and food! Multiple seating options - including outside high tops, bar, and indoor tables. The service was awesome! Our bartender was extremely friendly and helpful. Wings were really good! I enjoyed their sour beer. They offer flights and also small pours (Which I like for being able to try a few!) Highly recommend if you're in the area

    Pretzel
    Chelsea S.

I had a great time at Tarpon River Brewing the other night! My husband and I came for the happy hour which was BOGO & deals on select apps which was great. We each got to try several of the beers on tap and also split the pretzel, fries, and popcorn chicken. Our waiter was attentive and helpful when it came to selecting the various beers to try. The vibe was also fun, and it looked like it was filling up right as we were finishing there. It seems they have nightly entertainment and we'll definitely be back!

So we went at 7pm on a Wednesday. What's playing on TV was not available, was told to use QR code, so easy peasy. So the counter staff was pleasantly, we ordered: rabbit hole salad and the patty melt to go. Maybe should be eaten there, right away. Didn't stand up to a quick ride home. BOTH meals looked sad and not worth $50, as was $20 each, gave $3 tip for to go. Probably won't return! It's probably great for vegans who don't require quality or taste, just gut it out to remain vegan. Salad had no flavor really, it was " overdressed", just kale dressed in an underwhelming sauce. Tons of it where it was soggy. Chips of fake chicken I guess, that was flavorless. Partners patty melt was just so so. I'm sad! You ever wanted to really like something, so you force it. We love going to local spots to support folks but we demand excellence. I wasn't expecting Coopers HAWK, but wanted some flavor. It's like not even as good as Whole Foods, which is pricey like this but good. Patty melt was average, and not worth $20. The onions saved it, but too expensive for us. Fries were limp, not well made. Now I will say, we do go to dives, so we didn't need Sonness (by the way Sonness is beyond fab!). So, we can do " dive vegan" but we cant do expensive average. It survives because often the beach crowds are too tipsy or high to care, or average is OK due to being snowbirds. Im sure these reviews aren't fake, so will chop this up to a bad night for the cooks! Stop by if you are vegan, committed to this lifestyle, then its good enough. We are in good shape medically, have more allegiance to our wallet than a movement. My partner makes great, fresh salads, so I can stay home for below average greens. But if you are committed and need to just get out, try it. I think a vegan frozen meal, Amy's is better. The salad wasn't horrible, just not worth the price. $20 for soggy, no flavor. Nope! I need flavor, price, freshness mix. Also they could do better with the ambiance. When you walk up, it seemed sad. It was empty, but zero personality. They need some music, it was quiet, somewhat moodless! Even dives have a little music. Rabbits have music LOL! Wish them luck! They have been around a while, so maybe they had better days! Why show stuff on TV that's not offered, pretty photos but disappointing for us. Good news, they are surrounded by great things, Italian to the right, Max to the left, pizza to the left. And Foundry at the end of other side! Partner ate half burger, trashed it. I ate 1/4 salad, trash. $50 in the garbage. I gotta laugh as we sat in our couch, we walked in and after 10 min, the energy felt off to me. We read the menu first. I said to my mate, "let's go elsewhere" after staff said, don't have this or that. My mate said, lets see. I went along. Intuition is never wrong! Trust yout gut, give it a try! Maybe tonight was just an off night! Go try it! Maybe it will be better for you! Im sure those reviews are real but maybe that real cook was off, amd we ended up with the no talent crew!

When everyone's food came out my food was totally forgotten about and the waiter asked "did I get my food?", clearly not dude. When my food finally arrived I clearly lost my appetite with all that went on and the way my Benedict was slipped together I could have fed it to a group of pigs.
