This new outdoor shopping center is quite nice, with desert-friendly landscaping, a large court yard area for outdoor dining (currently overwhelmed by Urth patrons), and a few small seating nooks sprinkled throughout. But there's all of five stores open here right now so I'm not quite sure why they're charging for parking. There are some free 30 minute street parking spaces and the garage doesn't charge til you go over 2 hours but still - who is their target audience willing to pay for parking off the Strip? The area is still under construction so it seems unnecessary - but this project allegedly cost $400M. It looks like they also have some residential spaces on higher levels. I have high hopes for some of the restaurants that are still under construction (particularly Kaiyo and Amari). As businesses open, I'm curious to see if more access is added - it seems like you can currently only really get here from one street off of Durango. It also raises concern that one of the future businesses, a gastropub, has signs up that they will host car meet ups in the future - with what space?! The buildings are all so close together that I can't see where they'd do that. I'm interested to see how all of this unfolds as the area develops and the shops eventually open, but I likely won't be a regular visitor if I have to keep an eye on the clock while enjoying a meal with friends. read more

It's meant to be open and airy, but somehow, it felt tight. We are going to make a trip back to try the ice cream store in the back corner of the Quad. We'll see... read more

I enjoy coming to this new outdoor shopping center. Lots of food/beverage establishments with some retail shops as well. I frequent Urth Cafe the most, and occasionally Teaspoon if I'm craving an iced tea. Excited for Salt & Straw and The Coffee Class to open soon. Be careful turning in from Durango, still lots of traffic with all the construction going on. Looks like they're building apartments in this area as well. I think whoever designed the structures and buildings did a fantastic job, has a very modern and upscale feel to it. Love the central outdoor courtyard for patrons to sit and eat, appreciate that it's dog-friendly too. Only downside is that they are already starting to charge for parking in the garage, but only about a third of all the businesses there are open right now... read more

Today was my first visit and the property was really hip and modern. I loved the browns of the metal and wood, mixed with the grays of the concrete. Very relaxing, zen feeling in the courtyard near Urth Caffe. It's walkable and shaded well. At night, everything is well-lit and feels safe. The parking garage is a little confusing with the arrows and I wish there were directional signs for the exit (if there are I didn't see them). I love the artwork that greets visitors in the garage. The whole property has a happy, positive feeling. I was inside an office building and the views are amazing! I look forward to visiting again soon. read more

Food - Sundry 4.6 stars Ambiance - QUAD courtyard, 3.8 stars I had high hopes for this plaza but the food at Urth Caffe fails miserably. I've never had a good lunch there - ever even in LA. Everything is bland like cardboard. Food is an experience that should always put you in euphoria imo. Went to the Sundry and this place does not disappoint. Amazing quality for a casual dining place and of course it is because I found out it's an Oscar Mena restaurant! I loved his SF one. I was shocked to see Salt & Straw there bc I used to go to the one in Venice Beach all the time. If you've never been, try my favorite honey Lavender ice cream and grab a dog ice cream for your pet while you're at it. The 2x a month farmer's market was a bit of a disappointment. I was expecting exotic items you can't find anywhere else but much of it was standard at best. - I did end up buying the sea moss vitamin pills and it worked magically and I slept through the night without waking up once. This has never happened in five years. $30 per bottle. The guy says to take one in the morning and one at night, but I only took one at night and it worked wonders. But when I woke up, I was fatigued and I didn't know why. - I saw a sign that had local butchered meats and duck and chicken eggs but it didn't state what company offered it. The hippie in me was hoping to buy some organic pasture raised chicken eggs but couldn't find the company. - HK bacterial spray - Great for face, wrinkles, scars, acne, kills bacteria, non-toxic (the guy sprayed it in his mouth lol), eczema and more. I sprayed it on a patch of eczema on my wrist and it stopped the itchiness. Smells a tiny bit like chlorine but the owner is a chemist and super nice. Go check them out and grab a trial size. I sprayed it all over my body to see if it helps with wrinkles and dryness. (update: it healed the eczema in one week) - Crystal booth - I'm into crystals and LOVED that they had them on display with cards representing the crystals strengths. I held onto a few to get rid of negative energy that's been a cloud over my head and also held the rose quartz for a bit to recharge the love energy - organic honey from Pahrump. - hummus dip booth giving out free samples - two booths selling salsa All in all, I am appreciative that the UnCommons is so pretty, rustic modern, and well designed. I like the open air concept and the communal eating benches at the QUAD feels safe. Free wifi if you scroll down to Sundry - no password required. - euro 80's and pop music is 2-3 notches too loud during the day time. I'm certainly not a Vegas girl and can't stand dive bars and seeing people do nothing but get fat off gross bar food, get drunk, and waste their life away at video poker, so this seems to be a promising precursor to the future of Rhodes Ranch while I'm in town. I prefer a more upscale casual outdoor dining vibe for singles as most of RR is for families. Its a breath of fresh air as the neighborhood previous to the UnCommons opening were bars like PT's which I'm not a fan of. As the other reviews stated they have everything except misters. Still almost too hot to work outside. I'm hopeful that this will attract a more upscale, progressive and energetic crowd and creates an amazing community like we have in Manhattan Beach, CA. Excited for the Mexican and Japanese restaurant to open and see how their entrees hit. Plus I think it's great that this will serve as the first epicenter to attract new residents and we get to discover our neighbors who have been holed up in their homes all year. It would be cool to always see familiar faces at your local spots like we do at our LA beach communities. Plenty of parking available, via parking structure, the first two hours are free! the QR code ordering style was easy and you can choose how much to tip or not. Don't have to worry about splitting a bill as everyone can order individually. The vibe was cute and it's pet friendly outdoor patio and bar area. The food prices are what you expect for Vegas. There was live entertainment. The reason for 4 stars was that we had to constantly try to get a servers attention and wish there was an option from the WR code menu for a service notification. Also, some of the tableware were dirty, such as the glass cup and single plates. My cup had a stain and smelled weird, and after about an hour we were able to get a new water cup and we gave up asking for new serving plates. I'd go back still. Cool spot! Wide selection of food to choose from different vendors. Cool thing is that you can order from the app, from any of the vendors and they will bring it to you! No need to wait in multiple lines like you would do at a food truck venue. Allow me to explain. Let's say I wanted a Mexican appetizer, a gourmet burger entree and a Filipino desert. The vibe here is so great. I feel transported to somewhere else, which is a nice reprieve sometimes. Staff at the Sundry are patient while explaining how the whole ordering thing works. I'm sure they do it excessively and it gets old, but thanks for not making us feel like it was a chore. Prices are a little higher for off strip, but everything we ordered was good. I like that when you have a number of different palates, you can go here and there will be something for everyone. That being said, it's really hard to decide with all those options! We have tried nearly every eatery in the hall and all were dismal to say the least. I love this concept and will continue to visit the center but unfortunately will not be dining in the hall. What specifically was terrible? - sliders were messy, dry and paper thin - fried chicken sandwich and fries drenched in seasonings and spices - Greek food was again served terribly with onions slathered over the entire plate, rice was cold and undercooked - Saint Honore has a doughnut/pastry shop here, while the other locations are good this one was stale and overpriced I know this review sounds like I'm overly picky (which I'm not) and if you check out my other reviews I love leaving good ones. I feel like the uncommons is the suburbs cosplaying as the city. As someone who lives in the heart of downtown I was a little creeped out by the faux graffiti and the buildings that were playing like a walkable urban area, and then noticed the sad beige moms having coffee and the Maserati in the parking garage parked crooked in the handicap spot and was instantly taken to the dystopian future of what the world is coming to. I mean listen, if you like the notion of driving your car to a "safe" and "clean" version of a "downtown" like area and getting a $20 sandwich then it's for you. There's nothing wrong with the uncommons, it's just not for everyone. I would say if you like the culture and diversity of the urban areas of town then this is not the space for you. But if you like a posh meet up with a client or a brunch with your mom friends then it's definitely an option. They do have some really cool restaurant transplants that used to be exclusive to other cities so that's cool. read more

I visited Las Vegas for the first time ever and was... somewhat disappointed... until I stumbled across Uncommons by sheer word of mouth. When I first arrived to the Las Vegas airport, I was blown away by the amazing views, but also equally as shocked that you can still smoke in the airport and inside bars and restaurants?! Now, being from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, these things were shocking to me (but apparently very normal here in Vegas). After galivanting the Las Vegas Strip, visiting a few casinos and enjoying a spa day, I was really wondering where a more modern, up-to-date, Instagram worthy scene could be found in this city (if at all). After chatting with a few ladies at the spa, I was told about a new project called Uncommons, which, convenient enough, was just a quick + super cheap Uber ride over from the strip. When I arrived to Uncommons, I found exactly what I was looking for - beautiful architecture, a diversity of awesome places to eat, things to do, and a vibrant, clean, pet-friendly, smoke-free crowd. WOW! There's a huge food hall with tons of options at The Sundry, there's a cute cafe with outdoor seating, there's a candle making shop, smoothie place, beautiful hair salon and some of the best ice cream I've ever tried! Not only is Uncommons equipped with all of these awesome amenities, they also have a farmer's market and community yoga! Sad I won't be able to make either of the last two events while I'm out here, but now I'm excited to come back to Vegas and visit Uncommons when all the rest of their little shops, bars and restaurants are completed and open! Whoever put this little mixed-use neighborhood together, bravo! You guys should definitely look into doing this in Florida. read more

Celebrated a friends birthday at the newly opened General Admission LV. First, loved how close it is to two of the parking structures, walking distance to other spots as well. The restaurant has a large bar and plenty of seating, it is a sport bar and grill setting, lots of TV's everywhere showing different sports, all black interior as well. We got some drinks to start, we decided on the the build your own margarita, went with the mango flavored GA Margarita with a spicy rim, and a Half Time Cocktail. The half time tasted very similar to a Paloma,just a little sweeter due to the peach schnapps, which I didn't mind at all, and love their sugar/salt rim. The mango margarita tasted great, and we loved their well tequila, Lunazul, we definitely ordered a couple shots of those lol. For food, we shared the Tokyo tots and chicken Parm sliders, perfect for two people. The tots were a huge hit, huge portion, loved all the sauces on the crispy tots and the micro greens added some complexity. The chicken Parm sliders were good but oddly spicy, the sauce tasted more like an arrabbiata then a marina sauce, we didn't mind but definitely threw us off guard. Everything tasted fresh, all the ingredients seemed fresh and the presentation of everything was top notch. read more

I'm a big fan of downtown summerlin and town square. Both of those have a movie theater and sooooo many good dining options to choose from, along with free parking! If however, you want extremely limited options to choose from and paid parking, uncommons is for you! Uncommons is such a disappointment. Since it's much closer to my house than downtown Summerlin and town square, I imagined I'd be there often when it opened. Instead, it's been a long wait for them to open any of the additional restaurants they've been advertising and I refuse to pay to park in order to eat at a mediocre cafe. My attention has now turned instead to the excitement I have for Durango Station to open the end of this year across the street from uncommons, since Durango will have way more to do and.... This is the only local place that charges for parking. I would definitely love to stay longer but you already know I'm only parking in the 30 min or leaving before they charge me. Wanted to like this place so much because the ambience is great... but experiences so far are a total miss. 1. For as much of a foodie and modern/trendy vibe this place is supposed to have, the options are scattered & we could not find gluten free options for dinner for Celiac diners aside from some limited options at Urth Caffé. We ended up leaving and going to summer house across the street at the Durango. 2. Staff were complaining that menus were constantly being changed without notice; bartenders said they didn't even know how to make some of the drinks that were suddenly on the menu. 3. An event we paid for and were planning to attend was cancelled day of the event due to low sign ups. We almost missed the notification. We got the refund but the marketing of the event, no visible strategies registrations, and the way the cancellation was handled demonstrate a lack of experience. 4. General education regarding about what the Uncommons is online and wayfinding when you're onsite is lacking. Overheard similar comments from people. We overheard comments like "I don't get how the food works", "Are there supposed to be shops?", "Are you supposed to get food and drinks from different places?" Overall, there is so much potential for this to be a very enjoyable spot but management has a lot of work to do to get it there. read more

The parking and accessibility here for people that are not residence or working at business here will be there downfall. This is the 3rd incident after patronizing business here where I am within my 2 hour time limit and my ticket was voided or the kiosk states my vehicle is not detected. The first 2 times I was with friends and family and just decided to pay the full lost ticket rate. Today me and my wife came to pick up sandwiches at Antico and get a smoothie at Urth Cafe with in all took 15-20 minutes. There was already difficulty upon entry and we tried an alternate kiosk and it generated us a ticket to park. Upon exit there were issues with the ticket stated it was voided and my vehicle was not detected. I tried the security call feature on the first kiosk to no avail. We pulled back out to try to resolve this with the service website and number listed on the ticket to no avail but than it wanting to take our money rather than help. We then tried an alternate kiosk and same issue so we attempted a help call again. The help call became us being accuse of wrong doing right off the bat. I do not do when seeking assistance ends up being accusation of wrong doing reciprocated the same energy back to the parking attendant over the kiosk call box. He eventually let me out but this whole area just seem very unwelcoming, stuck up and pretentious. It'll slowly rot every time it evolves because it has an identity crisis and can't seem to balance a good atmosphere that is welcoming customers that are not residents of the immediate area. read more

I like this place for me, and I say that because I am not comparing it to some other place elsewhere where they may have more options etc. This is a relatively small shopping dining area with plenty of options and more opening as they finish up the work. Yes there is construction and unfortunately parking is paid but the new dining options are a welcome addition to the area and the space is clean and well maintained. The Saturday (or was it Sunday) markets are a fun addition as well and I look forward to those coming back once the temps drop down. We ate at The Sundry. Service was really amazing from Hostess, server, busser, and I even saw the manager walking around and guiding the team. This concept of getting your food from many different places seems like it would be complex for them, but it was handled so smooth and we felt very taken care of even though it was a busy night. Pricing varies per restaurant. Some I thought was a bit expensive but most options were in line with any other restaurant I'd go to. Drinks were the standard pricing but we did see they do drink specials depending on the night. We plan on trying Highballs on Thursdays! I loved the atmosphere of the different vibes of the restaurants. The app was super easy and fun to use. I'm going to take everyone here. I'm obsessed. read more

Stay away! They charge for parking! Charging for parking is not local friendly! Came by today for a quick bite and took a moment to walk my dog around as they claim to be pet friendly. When I exit the parking garage I was charged $15 for parking! Making my morning coffee run and dog walk cost way too much! Cool businesses and atmosphere! The parking team however was incredibly difficult to reach and was not particularly interested in helping with validation issues. Town Square, Downtown Summerlin, or The District are preferable for this reason. Those places maintain a clean area without charging locals (yes, even after 2 hours), so UnCommons justifying the charge as maintenance cost is interesting. read more

Been here 2x. I decided to try a second time b/c I was in the area, and heard Amari was excellent. On the Uncommons website it lists their hours as open daily at noon. Not the case, so we were left to eat at the Sundry. They seem to be out of a lot of beers and didn't have food for various restaurants. Turns out they are revamping. No Soul Belly, no more sushi, no Saint Honore, and the list keeps going. Staff was nice but not knowledgeable about where things were. I asked where Wineaux was located, and got a "uh over there across the street next to Durango". I even know it's located within the Uncommons campus ‍ They are definitely still trying to find themselves, and have a ways to go to be terrific! read more

I went to the Uncommons on Friday night and was compelled to write a review about my experience. First I just love the vibe of the Sundry, I love the idea of all of these kitchens and options being available all in one place, and to top that off the food is great. It was a pretty busy night but the service was impeccable which was impressive because as the evening went along I realized that our server Marco and his partner Robert were the only servers taking care of the whole room! They were short handed but you would never know it, they were so attentive and personable. The runners did a great job getting the food out and even the manager Matt came by to make sure we were all good, which we definitely were! Went to the food hall and you pay and tip for your meal before it is served. I tipped 20% not thinking much of it. Our meal came out entirely in reverse, entries then appetizer, and the drinks came when I was half done with my meal. Someone did asked us about it and he asked me to go through my emails to find out what we ordered. If there is every a time not to tip, it should be when you drink comes ten minutes after your food and you have to search your emails because they have no clue what you ordered. read more

I usually come here time to time for photos of my car and sometime go to teaspoon for a boba drink, tonight from 11-11:20 pm me and my friend were just hanging out for a bit to take pics of our car and a lady security ( black female ) big bun hair tied up, chubby looking, comes out with her mini microphone what I would assume that she saying they're closed ? But I couldn't get a clear hearing so me and my friend didn't think much of it because we're gonna leave soon anyways, of course she had the audacity to come over to us and power TRIP and threaten to trespass us !! like seriously lady have more civilized manner and do your job the right way and be nice to people lawd.
