Katie's Uncorked Wine Tours are fantastic. I've gone to Paso Robles Wine Country many times over many years, but she offered a whole new light to the experience. Before our tour, we told Katie some of the Paso wineries we enjoy, some of which we visited the day of our tour, but she also made recommendations based on those. She took us to smaller, lesser known, but equally excellent, wineries. The owners knew Katie well, so we were welcomed and treated like regulars. Katie took us beyond "just" wine tasting- she was able to arrange cheese pairing tasting, when we mentioned we were members of a local winery she called ahead to set up a barrel tasting, and she even recommended and made a reservation for our group for dinner that evening. Overall, Katie was amazing. She wasn't our tour guide, she became part of our group. I will absolutely use Katie's Tour again- as a Designated Driver through wine country that I know can take me to some of my favorites, while bringing me to some of the new, "backroads" wineries that I know I will enjoy. read more

What a fabulous way to enjoy the surrounding wineries in the area! A group of 8 of us went up to Paso last week and booked a tour with Uncorked. We were a bit difficult with last minute changes, but Katie was absolutely fabulous and was flexible and kind! Our driver, Monte, was fun and delightful while keeping his professionalism. The large van we were in was very spacious and comfortable as well as being spotless! Monte had water bottles at each seat for our group which was great for in between wineries. We brought a picnic of items and decided to eat at Justin winery and Monte was there to take the basket out of our hands and set everything up for us while we went to taste inside! I loved the fact that Uncorked charged only by the hour WITHOUT a minimum. Many other driving services have you paying for a minimum of 5 hours, even if you didn't use the whole time! We couldn't have asked for a better experience with the service (as well as the wines!) Definitely a great way to go so that your whole group can enjoy every last drop of wine! read more

This company is great! My wife and I had so much fun wine tasting in Paso Robles. She wanted to go to Peachy Canyon and that was the first spot Victor took us to. Victor then took us to 4 other wineries. They were all in great locations with beautiful views and the wines were delicious. Choate and Calcareous were especially good. We met owners and wine makers. I would recommend this company to any wine enthusiast. Victor was a safe, knowledgeable and a kind driver. Katie, the owner, was very responsive to my change in pick up address request. The provided Lunch was really good too. Although my wife isn't a big fan of turkey sandwiches, she still ate it all. And I love turkey sandwiches. These were on point. My hubby booked this trip and they were very communicative about all the details. We moved the time around and they were able to work with us as we wanted to see the end of the Clipper finals game. Amaris was great. Comfortable van, really spacey. She thought about what we liked and took us to four amazing wineries. Eberle (favorite!!!), Graveyard (cute, awesome, fun wines), San Juliette (Dancing with the Stars fame - terrible wines but perfect lunch setting), and finished it off at Locatelli which was awesome. We really appreciated her local knowledge and cheerful personality. We loved the wineries. Great experience. Be sure to tell them what you like! Shelly was our driver for my bachelorette party in Paso Robles. This was the best wine tour I have ever been on and we made it to each winery we were told we would go to (that hasn't always happened in the past with other tours). She told us a bit about each winery before we got there, she would remind us when we needed to leave soon to stay on time, and she offered to take pictures of the group. She was also extremely accommodating and welcoming for a friend that needed to pump during the tour and offered the cooler and extra ice. OMG, LOVED IT!!! Kimberly was an absolute delight! She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and continuously checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying the tastings. We did have an issue at Justin in which we waited at the check-in for about 10 mins with no help from anyone. When we finally got to our table the server quickly dropped a menu and then ran off and forgot about us (we didn't see her for 20 minutes and still hadn't gotten our first tasting). Kimberly came in to check on us and we let her know things were taking longer than expected. Everything was so easy - Katie was very flexible - I went back and forth on our plans a few times, and she was more than happy to adjust for us.
