This is one star is for the customer service I encountered a few minutes ago. I just got out of the store looking for blue stan smiths for my son. Initially asked for a 9 cause my son wears a 9-10 and found the 9 to be soo big so asked for a 7 but it was too small so I asked for an 8 and the ASIAN SALES GUY was being such a big snob and he made me feel like I was being a nuisance to him. He said we only have it in green. When I said oh the 10 was gonna be too big cause that was the next size up, he had this annoyed face on and took the size 7 shoes angrily. He talked to me in a very dismissive manner and I felt like he didn't want to help me. I wanted to get the Nike Prestos for women but I guess I'll take my money elsewhere cause I might NOT be worth this guy's time. Such a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE first time experience. PS I just read other people's comments and I have to agree. The people here, especially that asian guy, feel like they're the coolest people in the world. Too cool to talk to and help their customers. Damn. They must be the most cocky and rude sales people I have ever encountered in my life. Unbelievable! read more

An Undefeated in hipsterville? Random as hell but I'll take it. Undefeated has all the stuff you'd find at their other locations, just without a crowd. Very minimal set up. Shoes on one side, clothes on the other. You really have to know what you want and come on drop dates or else you're left with the stuff no one wants. Parking is kind of sketch so find something on the street. read more

Undefeated is a pretty small but nice boutique shoe store with a nice inventory of attractive footwear. They specialize in current popular shoe styles, limited ediotion, and some tier 1 drops. Most of the shoes are Nikes, with some Jordans, vans, adidas, new balance, etc.Undefeated usually has more higher end shoes than your average foot locker, and the prices are pretty much list/MSRP across the board. I have actually bought a few pairs of shoes to wear from Undefeated. read more

My favorite Undefeated location, a big selection of shoes for all ages. They have the high end New Balance sneakers I like. Doesn't get much more comfortable than a pair of 996's. The shop is pricey, probably why I'm only in here once a year. read more

Unfortunately they lost a customer today. I can't begin to understand in a world that we are lucky to be able to operate a business can have such rude employees. I went to buy some Nike shoes with my son. He was so excited to buy some. He had earned money and had a gift card to use in the store. The moment we entered the sales staff was incredibly rude. Almost like we were a nuisance to have come into their store in the first place. The sales associate barely spoke to us. Not because he was super busy because they only allowed 3 people in the store but just blatantly not wanting to help. We asked for a shoe and he begrudgingly walked to get it. Then two more costumers came to the door and wanted to come in they had come from far away. They refused to let them in because they were closing. Granted it was 6 pm on their website it said they were open until 7 pm. I understand that Covid is a tough situation but we all need to be kind to one another and they should have let those people come inside or at least wait till they could. When we went to pay they refused our payment because we only had a card without a chip. New rule I guess they could have worked something out but they said it doesn't work. So they lost our business in a world where you are lucky to have any customers you should not act like that. Not smart at all. read more

Ok, I don't know much about sneakers but what I do know is that this place has a bunch of cute shoes that I would love to have in my closet. Yes, they're expensive but they're displayed all pretty which makes them that much more desirable haha. Unfortunately the customer service in this place makes me want to go elsewhere. Come here if you're in the mood to feel like the uncoolest person in the universe. The staff pretty much ignores you and isn't very welcoming. I still walked away with a pair of shoes, though...I guess I couldn't help myself, plus I felt like if I walked away empty-handed the guys working here would've hated me for wasting their time...oh, wait, I think they would've felt that way regardless since I totally interrupted their conversation to ask for my size. read more

I totally agree with the reviews about the employees and service at the Silverlake Undefeated. The staff was awesome as well as some "regulars" who i asked for boyfriend sneaker selection advice. I walked in trying to bide time before a getting together with a friend for dinner. On the look out for a pair of shoes for the BF, I and ended up purchasing a sweet pair of teal, olive and yellow Nike's, a toddler size for my favorite 2 yr old and saw the new Jordan 3's (in Youth size of course) for myself. Blake, who was working was super helpful and cool. I am fiending for another visit, but know I'll be getting into sneaker trouble again, so I'll try to hold off for another week. read more

WOW. Please, Undefeated, come to CHICAGO! A great selection, stylish setting, and very courteous and helpful staff. What really stood out is the prices were outstanding. We came in this weekend wanting to buy sneakers - there were 3 salespeople clustered around the front looking at their phones and laughing. We were the only people in the store yet no one asked to help us or came over, and when we asked the woman to pull sizes she slightly rolled her eyes and gave us an annoyed look. She looked the shoes up in the computer, went in the back forever, we waited patiently, and instead of just telling me she didn't have my size told me she had 6.5 and a men's 9 - when I'm a 7.5, and gave me this look like I should get them? I'm not going to say i'm a "sneaker head". I do appreciate a nice pair of shoes, but I'm gonna wear em. I couldn't imagine spending lots of $$$ to leave em in a box. I use to collect comic books, I can't afford to collect shoes (I wish I could). Anyway, undefeated is a pretty good place to get sneakers. First off, this new location (silverlake) is my favorite. Its a bike ride from my place, and compared to the other locations, I don't get the "up-down, what are you wearing" look. And honestly, I didn't get it every time at those other locations. Oh yeah, some reviewers tend to say "oh, it was on entourage, it must be good". Don't let that influence you. The store was good before the show, I try to not let HBO series influence the way I shop. I digress. The selection is good. I agree that the styles fly out the door, not more than once has a beautiful pair of sneakers caught my eye only to not have it in my size. But, if you're an slightly above average sneaker buyer like myself, you'll find something you like. The interior is nice, it feels like a gallery, with lots of natural light during the day. After you throw down some hard earned cash, soothe the guilt with some gelato next door. If you want a new pair of shoes, I strongly suggest you check out undefeated. read more

Undefeated is a popular chain throughout Los Angeles. They are known for having the freshest kicks and sneakerheads tend to line up to get them the day they come out. This isn't the place to come if you are looking for a standard pair of cheap sneakers, but if you want something unique Undefeated is very consistent. This sneaker shop is a must-know for Los Angeles if you're looking for shoes that are more exclusive. I stop in to this location or the one on La Brea every once in a while to check out their selection of Vans and Nikes, but they also carry Converse, Puma, Adidas, and other major sneaker brands. During my last visit, the staff wasn't really helpful (I was never asked if I needed help or wanted to see something). Prices are pretty average for kicks, if the shoe is more limited it is usually marked up a bit more. read more

Like my home slice Doug K. said, this place is an LA institution, and for good reason. They carry only the latest and greatest in the shoe game. Some may complain that it leans towards more on the Nike side, but compared to other notable shoe stores like Sportie LA and Flight Club, Undefeated's assortment is diverse enough that it cuts out all the crap, and priced reasonably. They also carry the clothing line, and even have a sales rack (had to cop a fitted or two for half off) which was pleasantly surprising. read more

I bought a few sneakers here. Love the up to date sneakers and exclusives. The young workers make the place great. They are friendly and know a lot about the sneaker game. They also have a few other shops but the one I go to the most is Sunset. I've been to La Brea that place is also cool. I've been to Vegas eehhhh not as great as the LA locations. This one and La Brea have great selections. read more

I wear dress shirts and slacks 6 or 7 days a week so my normal clothes selection is very limited but this place is awesome for t-shirts and kicks that you won't find at ur local mall read more

Undefeated tends to have limited sizes per stock, so when I do find a sneaker I like I'm always excited to know I won't see too many folks wearing the same shoe. read more

It was alright, I guess. I went in to browse and found a pair of Janoski's that I wanted. When i asked the counter girl for my size, she shot me an angry look, and told me that they didn't have it. Instead of offering me a different size, or perhaps a different colorway in my size, she went back to the computer screen and pretended I wasn't standing there. I guess I shouldn't expect any less from the Williamsburg of LA, but the Fairfax salesman mentality really pisses me off. read more

Poor customer service, no acknowledgement of when I walked into the store, no greeting. It took about 4 minutes after I walked in and was holding a shoe in my hand for one of the employees to stop his conversation with another employee to finally attend me. Other people walked in and also they were not greeted. They all ended up walking out of the store. Being that it is an independent business I would think it would be common sense to make customer service an absolute priority. Would not recommend if you're looking for great customer service. read more

Worst customer service! I called looking for some shoes, they said they didn't have them. Decided to go in anyway and double check and of course they had them. Bunch of nincompoops!! I'm glad I went to this store for my first Undefeated experience. After my recent trip to NYC's sneakerstore, I came across some really bad customer service on some of the stores. This Silverlake Undefeated chain was really helpful for making my first rare sneaker purchase in LA with ease. Will visit again in the near future once I become solvent again. read more

I get some jordans from this store and the staff is cool. I never had a problem with them. They have always provided good customer service. I dont know why people think they are not nice people.
