2nd choice on my sneakers due to inventory
    Ron W.

A positive experience on my first time here . My first selection was out of stock in my size 11.5 so I went with my 2nd choice . The cashout process was fairly smooth and the store was dog friendly - bravo !

Won my first reserve and was here to pick them up. Easy pick up, staff was cool and I will be back to check out the store to see if I can pick up some clothing. My shoe collection is way out of hand with about 80 pairs. Someone help me. Lol

One of the best flagship Nike stores in SoCal. Lots of sneakers and clothes. Good sales as well if you time it right better than their app sometimes. Cashiers are friendly but the floor staff is half and half - some very helpful and friendly and the other half standing around just talking to themselves. Located inside the Grove shopping center.

It's Xmas time and you have 2 people taking payments? That's a joke, step it up and hire more staff. Waiting to pay es no bueno.

Taylor R. did a great job in helping me out!

Super attentive and friendly staff, clean space, and everything was taken care of in less than 30 minutes.

Staff was extremely unfriendly. I walked in to pick up and online order and the staff did not even say hello. They were very unwelcoming.

Glad I did, for the packing slip was under someone who lived in Virginia Beach (so this was clearly NOT me), meaning they have a different tax rate (6.

Time is money and these people seem to not respect that. OPEN ON TIME! That's critical 101.

There was a time when Broadway looked like it was going to be the next big shopping destination:…read morehip stores were opening, followed by big-name retailers. There were even rumors of high-end luxury corporations like Chanel, LVMH, and Kering eyeing property. But then L.A. descended into madness -- first the homeless swept over Downtown's streets like a zombie horde, then two years of pandemic kabuki finished off any remaining remnants of the Downtown revival. Theory, COS, and Gap shuttered, while planned stores by Kiehl's and Incase soon found themselves canceled. A.P.C., Acne Studios, and Paul Smith have finally closed, and the clock is likely ticking on Aēsop, Mykita, and Gentle Monster. Into this bleak retail landscape, Adidas has actually opened a new store -- a flagship boutique for its Adidas Originals line at the corner of Broadway and Eighth. Adidas Originals is the retro-inspired streetwear line bearing the trefoil logo known from the 1970s; this is not the athletics line of performance sportswear. Well-known styles offered here include the Gazelle, Superstar, Samba, and Stan Smith. Clothing and accessories are also carried here, much of it trimmed in those unmistakable three stripes. One's reaction will likely depend on one's sportswear allegiances; I've been firmly on Team Adidas for decades, not much of a fan of their big competitor Nike (or their cross-town Dassler family rival, Puma). The store is stylish but not tacky. The sales associates are helpful but not too pushy. And there was a sale on certain styles, so I actually bought a new pair of shoes. They're going to have some sort of vault with rare, limited items only for "level four and higher" customers, whatever that means, but it's supposedly not up yet. Or at least that's what my level zero self was told. The one market segment that's still thriving in Downtown is sneakers, so it's nice to see the area get a cool new store while most everything else is bailing for the other side of La Cienega.
