This is a pretty crappy Louis Vuitton store unfortunately. I would say their service is extremely poor. The lines are always long and it takes forever to get assisted. I would rather have them take my information to come back via appointments rather than stand inside or outside the store all day. Their selection is pretty nice and it's rare when they sell out of items. Of course their products are expensive but that's to be expected.

Definitely one of the nicer Louis Vuitton stores I've been to. Good sales reps etc. Had a good selection when I was in store as well surprisingly. Value is designer so ofc more expensive.

The Christmas edition is adorable this year!

I won't say this is the best LV store but it's not the worst either. I've been buying LV since I was in middle school, so it's been a long haul. I reached a certain status within the last two decades, which meant private show room and birthday gifts/parties in their back room. That was when I was in NJ. Fast forward a few years and I move near galleria - a few minutes and I'm there, and I wasn't able to maintain that status and lost interest in the brand. The store itself looks fine but it's always quite hectic and getting attention here seems to be a bit difficult. Well, covid certainly didn't make shopping here seamless but I was fine with it. I didn't go for a long time since I didn't want to line up. Now that everything seems somewhat back to normal, I decided to go back. I don't wear LV bags anymore but still buy their SLGs and shoes. Most SAs have been so nice but there seems to be really high turnover here- more then any other LV store I've visited. It's unfortunate bc I do cherish relationships with sales associates at boutique stores.

Love LV and this location is pretty solid. The associates are very attentive and I always enjoy my shopping experiences here.

I used to like this location, the client advisors used to be helpful as I've shopped here multiple times. I went in today (01/03/2025) and now they have a 2 hour wait just to get inside. I came hoping to order from the Murakami collection. Once I got inside, I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a client advisor. The walk around in-store is basically pointless if you don't have an "appointment" because no one is willing to help. I asked a manager if she could check something for me and she answered me with "wait for a client advisor they will help you." Okay? When I finally get assigned someone, it's this gay guy who had a disgusting attitude that was talking to me with an undertone like I couldn't afford anything in the store. When I asked him questions about the product I was hoping to order, he wouldn't even bother to check their iPod to see if they could order, instead he would just say that they didn't have it. Not helpful at all. This experience really turned me off from shopping in this location. I'll just shop online now so I don't have to deal with disgusting attitudes from store staff.

To Whom It May Concern; My husband gifted me a scarf, but I rarely wear a scarf. So, on 01/20/2025, I decided to go to the Louis Vuitton Tyson Galleria store and try to exchange it for another item (a handbag). "Of course, I would pay the difference!". When I got to the store, I waited about 15 minutes, and then they referred me to a client advisor. She was so sweet and patient. I proceeded to show her the scarf; very carefully, she checked the receipt and inspected the scarf. She asked me "what I would like to change it for, and I responded I would like the (ALMA BB). She looked for the purse and showed it to me. It was spectacular; I fell in love. After a while, we went to the register to proceed with the exchange of the items; after waiting a time, the client advisor told me that she needed the approval of her manager to do the exchange on the computer. Then, the manager, Rose, came over and started double-checking the scarf, like a diamond space by space and thread by thread; after she had taken 2 or 3 minutes to inspect the scarf, the manager left without saying a single word. We waited a few minutes, and the Manager texted the client Advisor on her cell phone, saying she couldn't do the exchange for me. I proceeded to ask why not. The client Advisor responded, "I don't know; the manager didn't give me any reason, even though she was surprised. (Are you serious? She took 3 minutes to inspect the scarf in front of me, and she couldn't even take 5 seconds to tell me that she wouldn't accept the exchange and not even give me the reasons?) "very professional". So, I told the client advisor to call the manager and have her come over to explain why she couldn't do the exchange. I waited another 5 minutes. The manager came over to our register with a forced smile and said: "Unfortunately, I can't proceed with the exchange because the scarf is USED," I was in shock, and I responded that I had never used the scarf and had just opened it five days ago. Then she said: "It is obvious that someone used the scarf," I stressed again that I or anyone else had NOT used it, and I proceeded to ask her how she knew someone had used the scarf without proof. Then she tried to retract and change the words " Used" and say the scarf was in bad condition. Then I said: show me where or in what part of the scarf is used and in bad condition. She said: "it had some lint and wrinkles in it," but those lint particles were part of the scarf's material, and the wrinkles she was referring to were from the lines that are affected when they fold the scarf. She never gave me actual proof or reason. By then, we had already exchanged many words, and many customers were looking at us because of our conversation. One more time, with a loud voice, she said that she would NOT do any exchanges because the scarf was in BAD CONDITION. All the customers started looking at me as affirming that the Manager was right and I was not. After that, she just walked away. Really, at that moment, I felt devastated, disappointed, and very frustrated because she made false testimony against me, "saying" "I was trying to return a used and in bad condition scarf" in front of all the Customers who were there at that moment, making me feel like a liar and fraudulent person. I didn't want my refund; I just wanted to exchange the scarf for a costly purse. I don't understand, I thought. On the other hand, the client advisor was surprised and only apologized to me. Finally, I grabbed my belongings and left disappointed that day. I was sorrowful because no one had ever treated me that way and raised false testimonies about me in front of many people. Now my questions are: Why did the client advisor not see the scarf used and in bad condition? Why would she waste her time helping me make an exchange, knowing that her manager would not accept the scarf used and that it was in bad condition? The next day, I decided to get a second opinion because I knew what had happened to me at Louis Vuitton Galleria wasn't right. So, I decided to go to the Louis Vuitton Store in Washington, D.C., to ensure the scarf was as the manager said and not as I saw it. When I arrived at the Louis Vuitton store in Washington, D.C., Paulina, the client advisor, had the pleasure of helping me with the whole process and the exchange of items. She was sweet and patient, and I was surprised by how professionally she handled things. The store accepted the exchange without any problem and did not double-inspect the scarf, apart from offering me water while I made the exchange. They are a very kind team. When I arrived home, I asked my husband if the scarf was used and in bad condition and why the Louis Vuitton Store in Washington, D.C., accepted the exchange. Well, then I realized that what I went through at the Louis Vuitton Tyson Galleria store was Incorrect. Now, don't you think that this was discrimination? last part of the review in the picture

Went to the Louis Vuitton located in the Galleria mall. One thing you should know is that there is always a line to get in. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes during peak hours. I would suggest going early during the week if you want to avoid a long line. The store is very clean and the staff is polite. I was in looking for a present and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. Once I was ready to check out they packaged the gift with the classic Louis Vuitton packaging. Overall it was a great experience. The line to get in can be a bit annoying but good things are worth the wait.

Service is abysmal. Felt like I was Walmart ...chaotic, no organized assistance and SA's seemed tense and tired. I'm not sure what has happened with this location, this isn't luxury retail shopping.

I really wanted to wear them to my cousins wedding and this shop came recommended. I originally thought the strap needed to be shortened, but the staff suggested a different fix. They told me that adding a pad under my foot and a non-slip band on the strap would solve the issue. It helped a little, but not completely leaving me somewhat disappointed. In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.

Many of the shoes felt outdated and didn't align with the styles we typically enjoy purchasing. We were visiting the area and planned a full shopping day. We generally love DSW, but this particular location seems to offer a lower-quality or less trend-aware selection, perhaps the buyers for this store aren't keeping up with current fashion trends. The store was also fairly empty, which stood out, especially since it's located in a busy shopping center where other stores were bustling with customers. Another difference we noticed was that most of the staff were gathered near the registers. At other DSW locations, we usually see associates walking the floor and actively assisting customers. Overall, it was an okay visit, but not one that met our usual expectations for DSW.

I was in the store from 7:00 to 7:50 PM carefully deciding between a pair of Clarks and Dr. Scholl's shoes. A kind associate helped direct me to the loafer section, and after taking a quick trip outside to use the restroom since the store does not have one, I returned right at 8:00 PM knowing exactly which pair I wanted to purchase. Instead of being assisted, I was immediately met by a middle aged man who repeatedly told me the store was closed, even after I explained I just needed to quickly grab the one pair of Clarks shoes in size 7.5 that I had already selected and was ready to purchase. He refused to help me retrieve them or allow me a quick checkout, despite the fact that I had been shopping there minutes before closing and was prepared to pay. This felt extremely dismissive and like a complete lack of basic customer service. I understand store hours, but refusing a quick, ready to pay customer, especially one who had already spent time shopping, is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location.
