I spent hundreds of dollars for my first visit on my youngest 3 children. My visit took place on June 10th. The store was clean, well lit and the staff was friendly professional and helpful. The staff answered all of my questions, showed me the features of the waiting room and the music just added the icing on the cake. I felt like a kid in a candy store. They brought us out cold waters and handed them to me, I was like "WHAT'S THIS" I enjoyed my experience, staff treated us like VIP! I wish the children's selection had more options to choose from but other than that....... We love love love this place and the officer who sat at the front door was kind. He wasn't uptight and mean. Under Armour seems to be its own worst enemy. They are doing a lot of things well but don't communicate value to customers as well. For instance, their website noticed I was shopping for shoes and this random box appeared offering me 20% off. The problem is, when I clicked on the box nothing would happen and there was never a discount applied. So I chatted with customer service and they basically told me they don't have any coupon codes on shoes right now (so maybe there's an opportunity to let customer service agents know what kinds of promotional activities we have going on because I was able to upload a screenshot of what I was seeing but the employee was adamant that there were no active coupons); However, to the agents credit, they escalated the chat was able to get me a coupon code emailed for a similar offer as a customer service courtesy. I also brought up the rewards and that I had made a huge purchase a year earlier but didn't realize the rewards expire. Come to find out, they really don't as long as you sign in throughout the year into your account. Again that's not really communicated well and if someone spent a lot of money and saw their rewards just disappear that's another friction point. Beyond that, today I'm shopping for shoes again and almost everything I want in the size and color I want is sold out. How do you run a store without inventory? Investors should be expecting exactly what they reported and how they guided because how do you make sales with no inventory? And while its nice to offer to contact customers when things are back in stock - is that really practical? How long are we talking - days, weeks, months? Do you restock most items all at once or am I going to have to do multiple orders because this shoe may be in stock but these other two may not be so its still a waiting game on those? And at what point do you just walk a customer because you're failing to meet them where they are in the moment? Someones looking for shoes - because they need shoes - and probably right now when they're looking. You hitting them up 3 months later like guess what's back in stock...And then they just hit delete on that email because they've already bought Nikes or whatever else was available is only compounding UA's problems. But this is a problem YOU create by not understanding your own business, data points and not being confident in your own ability to move through inventory which is leading to missed sales. And if you're completely sold out of something in every size. Take it down. Why advertise what's clearly not available? They also have many models that are excluded from promo codes. All you're doing is sidelining potential sales because someone is THAT much more likely to hold off until you do a sale -OR- even dumber while you're slapping that on most of your shoes someone else like Nike is running a site wide sale and you've just rolled out the red carpet for a customer to walk over on. And if inventory is really that bad - start closing stores. Allbird's was doing just fine until they decided to start opening B&M locations and then expanded rapidly which led to their demise. read more

New UA store that opened up in the Baltimore Peninsula. They have everything from shirts and sneakers to fanny packs and leggings. Everything is well organized by size and color and folded neatly. They have plenty of workers walking around to help if you need a certain size in something. My only thing is the cost is pretty high. A UA shirt in store was $40, but I found a similar one on Amazon for $15. They do offer a healthcare discount too. There's plenty of parking in their lot. There is also a track and football field nearby, as well as a dog park and some eateries. read more

If you haven't visited this store yet, then you need to put it on your list. It's such a huge place with vibrant colors and the attention to details for the different sports are wonderful! The dressing rooms are huge and each have different sports players. Loved the customer service as I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the selection of Under Armour gear was plentiful. The surrounding area is also gorgeous and they have a nice walking trail right outside. read more
