Don't ask, but they are comfortable and the way I like them. If Old Navy were to ever finally close up shop, I would be devastated. I browsed a bit before making my selections and I always end up finding myself in the clearance section. Sometimes you might find a better deal there for the item you want. Today was not the case. They were actually having a sale on the underwear I wanted that made the regular priced items cheaper than the clearance. It took a bit of time to make it through the checkout line. In fact, the line was extremely long. The associates running the checkouts ended up keeping pace with the ever growing line. They threw me their credit card pitch, which I declined, I had gotten their credit card twice in the past, paid it off and they, the company, closed it out on me twice. My second favorite part bing about Old Navy is that they will ship your size to your home if it's not in stock. This level of service make it convenient for practically anyone to snag a great deal in the right size. The curb side appeal is severely lacking at this location, as there are shopping carts stacked in the front without a designated area. However, Parking is good with a huge parking lot right out front, and it is free. Everything was not very organized, though semi neatly stored. Also, one of the workers, who was putting away items, had a passive aggressive attitude towards me when I was attempting to walk around her with my cart. This happened twice, despite me politely saying excuse me/thank you. Perhaps, she had this attitude towards others, but I noticed it with me. Not sure if discrimination played a role, because I observed her earlier being incredibly nice towards another customer of a different race, to the point that the other customer seemed uncomfortable and awkward by the excessive attention. Additionally, the store aisles are especially narrow at this location, but the store also wasn't particularly busy during the time of day that I visited. The return process was convenient and the customer service was polite and efficient at the registers. This location overall seems convenient to make a quick stop, but I was not impressed by the selection.

Their interest rates and fees for late payment are appalling.

I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.
