While we have absolutely no issue with the gay community, we believe strongly that parents, not a local business, should be the ones deciding how and when to introduce social concepts to their young children. Placing this material in an enclosed space where parents are expressly forbidden from entering, and where a toddler can simply grab it unguided, is an overstep of boundaries. We expect a business catering to toddlers to remain a neutral environment.

Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. The party room was spacious and some foods/items were already set up. Juice pouches, waters, pizza, pasta, and wings were accounted for except for the fried rice & chicken nuggets. There was a lot of going back and forth regarding what was ordered and what actually arrived. The error ended up being on the businesses part and they offered to get the food within a certain timeframe or allowed for the hosts to cancel. Being that the timeline provided wasn't too bad, they proceeded with the initial food order. The rice and nuggets [which ended up being chicken strips as opposed to actual nuggets] came but a lot later than the estimated time. The party was blocked off from 1pm-3pm and with the delay in food items, eating was pushed out while everyone awaited delivery. The entire food situation was not organized well and the staff had no sense of urgency. The play area is clean but a lot smaller than I expected. The ninja warrior course was great for the older kids and the designated area across the way was great for the younger visitors- offering a small ball pit, floor piano mat, soft play area. The trampoline prohibits adult use and the usage has a max capacity of 4 kids. Nobody followed the rules and the staff didn't bother making rounds to ensure safeties. I do appreciate there being one staff member stationed at the front to allow patrons in and out. That is an extra set of eyes to prevent little ones from escaping undetected. I wouldn't come here out of free will but I'd partake should there be another party invite. My advice is keeping an eye on your kids and bring some hand sanitizer because the kiddos visiting here come equipped with runny noses and congested coughs.

Altogether, we spent $424 for this party. For $424, I really do not feel like the experience or package was worth the price. We still brought our own snacks for our guests, the decorations that were included were very basic, and we received a small pizza. I expected a lot more considering the cost of the package. What bothered me even more than the price was the customer service. The girls working at the front were rude and had an attitude, not only toward us but toward our guests as well. Some of our guests arrived around 2:00 PM, and instead of politely explaining anything to them, the staff tried to turn them away. Multiple guests specifically came to me afterward and mentioned how rude the employees at the front were and how uncomfortable their attitude made them feel. That is extremely disappointing when you are paying hundreds of dollars to host your child's birthday party somewhere. I completely understand that businesses have rules regarding party times and additional fees. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those policies, especially to paying customers and their guests. After already paying $374, bringing our own snacks, receiving very basic decorations and a small pizza, being told we owed another $50 because we were approximately 3 minutes over just made the entire experience feel very money-focused rather than customer-focused. I wanted my daughter's birthday to be a fun and special experience, and thankfully she still enjoyed herself, which is what mattered most to me. But from a parent's perspective, I would not purchase the party package here again.
