I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this vendor. I have been speaking with her since October of 2015 regarding our chuppah for the wedding in July 2016. we designed everything from scratch and she promised to security our date without a deposit because we contacted her so early. A few weeks later, I received an email from her letting me know that if I don't pay and let her know about a two hour prep time from the venue (which I told her ahead of time I cannot promise) one one week then she will have to give our date to another client. Even though we have been in talks with her before anyone else popped up. Seems to me like she is more concerned with making money then holding herself to her promises. Ultimately, her integrity is quit questionable as it seems that even though she agreed to a deal with us, as soon as more money came by she dumps you for a bigger pay out. Making money is something everyone enjoys, but it's also important to adhere to contracts that you sign with your clients, because word of mouth spreads and this community is very small. I ended up firing her and going with Miracle Chuppahs instead. read more

I was deciding between a few styles, and we were debating having the Chuppah delivered and set up by the Under the Chuppah team or if we would pick it up and assemble it ourselves.
