We asked for our a/c to to be inspected and repaired. It was not cooling when we brought the truck…read morein. They said that no leaks were found and it just needs a re-charge. I paid for that and the next day it was not cooling again. I brought the truck back again thinking they would warranty their labor as stated on the invoice receipt. They looked at the a/c again, it needed a new hose and told us it would be another $200+. I asked why the labor was not warrantied and they would not give a direct answer. We left with no working a/c.

As soon as the temperature breaks 90+ outside the a/c starts blowing warm air. It's working just fine right now but if you take it out in the heat this afternoon it will not work, I'm telling you. He brushed off what I said and said " the Freon is probably low". I told him I didn't believe this to be the case, but please take a look at it. They call me later that day and tell me the repair is done. When I asked what was wrong he says " the Freon was low and you needed a new cabin air filter". Hmmm okay. So I go to pick up my car the following morning, pay him his $120 and I leave. A/c is working fine, as expected, because it's morning and it's not hot YET. 30min later it's pushing 90 outside and lo and behold the a/c starts blowing hot air. I didn't even make it back home and the shit stops working. Did you guys even put an ounce of regard into what I told you was the issue up front? Clearly not. Felt like a take the easy route and spit him out the door situation. Very very poor business practice. Waste of time, money, my breath, my mental energy. Avoid.
