I was told my motorhome failed the smog check because the catalytic converter was bad. It was only…read morethree years old. They charged me $2600 and wanted the money upfront. That was $1,000 more than the one three years earlier cost. I told him to let me know if it didn't pass smog after the new cat was put on. Instead he called me saying I owed him another $1400 for replacing two plugs and coils! When I balked at it because he didn't have my permission to do the works, he got snotty saying he could put the crappy old parts back on but it would ruin the new cat. At this point I couldn't trust him to remove the new parts and not sabotage something else, so I paid him. This weekend, I drove the motorhome on a 180 mile trip and it still runs rough. In fact, it runs worse than before. I had planned to replace the plugs, coils and fuel injectors myself before he replaced two without my permission. Now I have to do it anyway because he only replaced two. Who only replaces two?!! Most of the work is in getting access to them in a class C. Thoroughly disgusted and definitely know he ripped me off. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.

We discussed numbers, and I was ready to leave when the manager stepped in to make an offer on my paid-off TRX, which has over $15,000 in high-quality upgrades, including Addictive Desert Design parts and Baja Design lights. The manager asked for my price, so I played along, saying I needed to check with my wife and wasn't set on buying. I suggested $80,000 for my TRX. He returned with an offer of $54,000, claiming he'd lowered the new truck's price so I'd only owe $30,000. Simple math: the 2025 Ram is $96,000, and my TRX at $80,000 leaves $16,000--not $30,000. His numbers didn't add up. This isn't my first bad experience locally; Victorville Motors dealership once offered me $4,000 for my Camaro SS, which I later sold privately for $15,000. I'll never do business here again. I'll take my business elsewhere for transparency and fair dealing.

When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
