I had Mark at A & B Hitches in Hesperia install a fifth wheel hitch for my truck. I had him also install a trailer cable plug in the truck bed. He was awesome to work with. He was recommended by my RV dealer, and in turn I highly recommend him. Mark was responsive to all my questions from the get go and stood by his workmanship and parts warranty after installation. He addressed my concern with the trailer plug as the truck DIC kept displaying "trailer plug disconnected" and "check trailer brakes wiring" when connected to the fifth wheel trailer. Mark immediately replaced the newly installed plug to no avail. He eventually determined that the problem was with the truck. So, I took it to the dealer where the problem was addressed. Mark was patient and helpful throughout the process. His great professional attitude and customer service made driving all the way from the Inland Empire to Hesperia to visit his shop more than worth it. In addition, the cost to do business with him was very reasonable and competitive. I plan on taking my trailer back to him for all routine maintenance. read more

We were new to fifth wheels and needed a fifth wheel hitch installed pretty quickly in our truck (we had already purchased the fifth wheel). I payed to get a hitch, brake controller, and harness installed in a 2016 Chevy Express. I made it clear that I wanted it with harnesses and wasn't worried about cost. Now, a few months after install, my turn signal went out. In searching for the problem I found that instead of using factory attachments and harnesses, they used scotch locks and ran single wires. Their cheese work chafed in the body and shorted out my lights. Also, instead of splicing into real power source, they ran a bare wire under a fuse in the main panel. If I wanted amateur shade tree electrical I could have done it myself. The hitch works though. Not going back to complain because the work was done months ago and it's not something I'm willing to let them fix. read more

I bought a travel trailer in Hesperia. They sent me to have a 5th wheel hitch installed to A&B. When I picked the hitch up there was no instruction how it was used. I went back to the travel trailer store and hooked it up. It malfunctioned causing damage to my truck and new Toy Hauler. Went back to talk to Mark the owner. He said all he did is install the hitch. When I accused him of doing something wrong in the install. He said it was not responsible because all he did was the install. We got into quite a argument about who is responsible for his work if he isn't? He told me the Store where I bought my Toy hauler. That's very strange. A RV toy hauler seller responsible for his installation work? The story hauler rv sales contacted us after his denial of work responsibility . Driving back to Major rv in Hesperia. Told us they were going to fix the install and buy a new beter hitch than A&B installed. The hitch had to be ordered like so many things at this time and we go back to Major Rv to have it installed the proper way. Contacted Mark (owner) regarding brake inspection on my new to me '14 Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler. Mark was able to schedule me in within 3 days which is unheard of in RV repair businesses. Brought rig in which had minimum braking effect from 3 axle drum brakes.
