However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves. Additionally, the pricing was not particularly discounted compared to other shops, which made the experience feel even less justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Polar Tint. While the customer service demeanor was friendly, the significant delays and lack of communication made the process frustrating and inconvenient.

John explained the process of refurbishing the outside of the headlights and suggested that I should consider an upgrade to the actual headlight bulbs. He showed me some of the choices and I went with the first level of improvement. Normally this process takes about three hours but mine ran longer though. Buy it was worth the time and the money. Even in the bright afternoon sun, I could see the headlights shining on the buildings wall in the parking spot my Prius was brought to. While night driving still bothers me, I now can see better ahead of me and on both sides of the road going forward. We had an amazing experience with Green Valley from the estimate for the job done by Kevin to the installation. Everyone was very professional. We were given an estimate and then we took a few days to decide which windows we wanted to do and if we wanted to do them all. It was great to not feel pressured and to be able to take our time to determine what worked best for our budget. They have a system where they send you an email and you pick the windows you want done then pay a deposit. Then they contacted us to set up an appointment for installation. Our job required removal of existing window tint and the placement of new tint. It was a full day job and the two installers were amazing! They really took their time and cared about their work. During the removal process it can get messy but these guys carefully placed cloths down to prevent any excess water from leaking from the area they were working on. This meant so much to me because we just spent a great deal of money on our flooring and I didn't want anything to ruin them. I didn't mention this to our installers and didn't need to because of the care they just naturally showed the property. They took their shoes off without being asked and cleaned up each room as they finished. I definitely recommend them for home window tinting. You will not be disappointed.

I brought my 1995 GMC Step Van to Lusso for a custom air suspension project. I was quoted approximately $20,000-$25,000, later told the project would not exceed $30,000, and I paid a $10,000 deposit. I was told the fabrication work would not begin until after Christmas. What happened instead was extremely disappointing. Before the project ever got underway, I was billed for storage fees and labor. I was never provided a written contract, storage fees were never disclosed in advance, and I never authorized charges for research, engineering, or trial-and-error work. I was also charged over $1,200 simply to change the two front wheels on my vehicle, an amount I believe was completely unreasonable for the work performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was marked directly with a Sharpie. Instead of using masking tape or another removable method that's common when planning fabrication work, permanent marker was written directly on the vehicle. No air suspension fabrication was ever started. When I decided to cancel the project, Lusso issued me a refund check, then placed a stop payment on that same check. I ultimately had to file a lawsuit, and the court entered judgment in my favor against Lusso Auto LLC. Even after winning in court, I have had to continue pursuing collection through the legal process because required financial records were not produced during the post-judgment proceedings. This review is based entirely on my own experience and the court proceedings that followed. If you're considering doing business with Lusso, I strongly recommend getting every promise in writing, insisting on a detailed signed contract, making sure every fee is disclosed upfront, and documenting every payment and conversation. I genuinely wanted this project to succeed. Instead, I lost months of time, had to go through the court system to recover my money, and am still dealing with the aftermath. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lusso Auto LLC.
