The cheese was melted perfectly, the bacon was crispy and packed with flavor--just an all-around perfect burger. Fast forward to today--I finally had time after work and called at 5:12 (they close at 5:30). He answered with so much energy and professionalism, like he hadn't already been behind the grill all day. I told him how I'd been thinking about that burger all week and asked if there was still time--he said yes without hesitation. I rushed over, got to chat with him and his family, and you can just tell it's a genuine, hardworking family business. And the burger? EXACTLY the same. Just as perfect as the first time. No drop-off, no "off day"--he delivered again. Safe to say, I'm officially converted. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for staying open and making another amazing burger!
