I would like to address what a reviewer recently said about this location because I think they left…read morean unfair review with lots of hyperbole. This gym does not cost $100 per month. As shown on their individual location page, the highest tier membership is $64.99. There are cheaper memberships depending on what membership you sign up for. It is not overly packed during the times that I go, usually around 6:30pm on weekdays and sometimes Sunday evenings. I generally count 8-10 people at most and have never had to wait for a machine or equipment. The only humidity you experience is in one of the bathrooms if someone previously took a shower. However, they leave the door open to promote airflow. As far as I am aware, there is airflow and I have not once felt uncomfortable there. Judging from a majority of reviews, many people like and in fact, love this gym. It will not anger you, unless you are quick to get angry over things. It sounds to me that the real cause of this low review was being charged an amount that they did not agree with, and possibly missing important details when signing up. This could have been resolved with a phone call, instead of a poor review. I would urge you, dear reader, to approach negative reviews like this with caution. Understand that the employees here care, it is not a crowded gym or humid in any manner, and Trent is there to help you out when needed. There is no pressure to join if you sign up for a free trial either.

They make it seem like such a welcoming, supportive, safe space for girls, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Almost every interaction I've had with the staff has been rude, unprofessional, and uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. The girls that work there constantly have attitudes, act bothered when you ask questions, and are honestly just very unhelpful. There was even a time I asked for help using a machine because I genuinely didn't know how to use it, and the staff member got visibly annoyed even though she was literally just sitting on her phone doing nothing. That's honestly what most of them do every time I go in sit around on their phones but then act irritated when members need help. It's disappointing because I really wanted this to be a gym where I felt comfortable. I don't always feel comfortable at regular gyms, which is why I was excited about an all girls gym in the first place. But somehow I've felt more welcomed and comfortable at regular gyms than I ever have here, which is honestly sad considering what this place claims to stand for. If you're looking for a supportive "girls support girls" environment, this is probably not the place. Super disappointing experience overall.

You cannot cancel online, and you cannot cancel over the phone. They force you to physically come into the office to do it. I specifically went into the Fremont location in April to cancel my membership. I went through their whole process, gave them my reason for cancelling, and was explicitly told that I would no longer be charged. In reality, they completely ignored my request and continued charging me for two more months. I only realized it after checking my bank statements. When I called the Fremont location to get it sorted out, the staff didn't offer a single apology. Instead, they acted like it was my fault and pretended I had never canceled, completely gaslighting me even though I physically walked into their building to do exactly what they require. Check your bank statements closely if you deal with this place. Their customer service is dishonest and completely unaccountable.

UPDATE- since my review honestly the staffs done a 360 as far as the front, theirs always a guy at the front when I come in, he's super attentive and greets everyone. I've visited both the Whipple and Fremont locations, and both are great. The only thing I wish is that the Fremont location would have a kids club and I'd make this my overall home gym.

They're just waiting to be bulldozed like the rest of the mall I guess. RECOMMENDATION: If you're a member, don't get enhanced services since they will commit fraud. If you're a non member, look somewhere else.

I LOVE themed things so the little saber tooth structure from the distance was quite nice. Along the lake are some "work out equipment" like a pull up bar and parallel bars. Lots of bird turds, so be wary of where you walk, but other than that. A solid park.

Underground Fitness II is a great place to workout to melt those unwanted pounds.. The instructors there are so nice with lots of energy they make your body do moves you never thought you could do. Zumba is great you use every part of your body to shrink those inches away especially in the waist area... This place is great. Every instructor there has been great there is not one of them that makes you feel embarrassed. The great thing is they have been in the same place we are coming from. Love the high energy of this place!!! Zumba, Zumba Toning, and U-Jam classes is a perfect way to get fit and lose the unwanted pounds! I went to Underground Fitness II a few weeks ago for Nor Nor's UJam (Sunday) class for the first time and absolutely had a GREAT time! I got one HECK of a workout and it was a "sweatfest" - mirrors fogged up and all!!! The BEST part of it all is it doesn't feel like a workout - it's all about dancing to good music and everyone is just having a great time! That gave me confidence and made the classes something I looked forward to instead of dreaded. Over time, I enjoyed Boot Camp so much that I moved into CrossFit. I'm still a beginner in CrossFit and probably will be for a while but my weight loss has accelerated since making the switch, and I've started feeling stronger, healthier, and more positive overall. So far, I've had classes with seven different coaches plus Brad, the owner, and every one of them has been dedicated, approachable, and engaged. When it comes to fitness, the ideal way is to begin training slow and then gradually increase in intensity. In Xcel tribe the intensity is all time high irrespective of your level of fitness. You will be out of breath and left with sore muscles. But you may still underplay the body signals as there is just so much energy around in class. End result? You may be harming yourself in long run. So if you plan to join, be sure to listen to your body and not overdo things. There sure are pros (like good coaches and overall energetic vibe), but I realized this isn't something I am looking for. PS- Since this is a close knit community, you are likely to see all 5 star reviews. So don't blindly go by numbers. Go for the trial class, see if it is something that would work for you and then decide. There are those who liked it and there are those like me who didn't.

My top three favorite classes were Vinyasa Flow with Katya, Hot HIIT Pilates with Carolyn, and Original Bikram with Lee. There is plenty of parking, lockers for valuables are available, public cubes are available to put stuff down in. At minimum, you will need to bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. There are a variety of ways to sign up for classes - single class, memberships, and class packs that can be shared by 4+ people. While I think the staff and classes are great, the facilities could improve. The ventilation could improve, the floors are not wiped after every class, and there are no sanitizing sprays/wipes to clean the shared weights and blocks.

So happy that there is a Pilates studio near me. I personally love this studio because of how clean…read moreit is. I also really like how we workout with the lights off. Since having a baby, I haven't had anytime to work on my fitness so it's been nice to slowly get back into it. My first class was with Ro and she was super sweet and explained everything very well. They also do encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks when needed. Since I'm slowly getting into it, I do need to take breaks but the instructors will either tailor the activity to your needs or have you take a break. I did do the 2 week trial and ended up buying the unlimited pass. The studio is very aesthetic with the light up sign in the back and the full length mirror. Their bathroom is also equipped with hair ties, deodorant, tampons, facial spray, hair spray, etc.
