I always find some great pieces to wear to work, and excellent prices on everything. However, today, I went in with a huge gift card, ready to buy some fall/winter clothes, and after trying on a bunch, saw a line that was at least fifteen people deep. I went back to the dressing rooms to ask if they could possibly hold my items while I ran to the restroom, as the line was so long. The girl there was completely snotty with me and rolled her eyes! Are you kidding me? She also made some terrible sighing sounds. Meanwhile, another employee who was there said he would hold the items for me as I would only be gone for a few minutes. After receiving the attitude from the rude salesgirl in the back, I decided to ask the guy for his manager. I was able to talk with the asst manager on duty who was very apologetic. I was just shocked. I have never experienced any rude employees at any Banana Republic in all of my years of shopping with them, until now. Such a shame...I may try again, but I refuse to spend my money when treated terribly from a high school child.

When I lived in Minnesota, it was great having one close by…read more When I moved to Colorado, the only Box Lunch I could find was up at Flatirons Crossing, which was 1 1/2 hours away. Even after moving up to Denver, it wasn't convenient. Needless to say I didn't shop much in the brick-and-mortar store, but I did shop (a lot!) online. That's why I was so excited to see a Box Lunch at Town Center in Aurora! Kellen, the sales associate, was so friendly and helpful. Her service is the type I was used to shopping at the Mall of America location. I asked her how long the store had been open, and she said it opened last week. I also asked her how long she worked for the company, and she said while she trained up at Flatirons Crossing, this store was her first official location. You couldn't tell, since she had amazing product knowledge and super customer service. The store had a fantastic selection of Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and other types of genres. They had all kinds of products, and even had a nice sale going on. As usual, I walked out with a bagful of stuff. Kellen helped fix my phone number, which someone had entered entirely wrong into the system. When she couldn't find me via my phone number, I told her to brace herself when I gave her my email. She started smiling because she knew it was a combo of Disney and Star Wars. She pretty much had it memorized when she had to reenter my info. I left with not only some sweet deals and awesome shopping bag, but a smile on my face thanks to Kellen's customer service. And don't worry: I'll be back soon!

The manager was still reasonably sane she said it's ok show us the original reciept picture. Very humiliating experience in front of other shoppers I had paid through Amex platinum which has 20,000 dollars limit and I could've mentioned that but for 74$ shirt he created such an issue citing a policy.
