I told the guy I was driving from Colorado Springs about 40 min away and when I got there some idiot who claimed to be the manager says we can't work on those because the pins need to be drilled out which is bull shit. They are pins that drive out from the front to back and the so called repair experts there told me they are outdated Oakley X Metal $1000 sunglasses but there is a monkey on YouTube shows how they are repaired and my thoughts are this place is full of clueless idiots. So I called Oakley and of course they can be completely repaired as they are the best sunglasses Oakley has ever made in titanium now worth $800 to upwards of several thousand depending on rarity. There were no prices that made this an actual Outlet store, so it didn't take long to get through everything they had to offer. Most annoyingly, they had a giant sandwich sign in the door way saying that they were too full for anyone else to enter so the first two times we walked by, we didn't go in. The third time we poked our heads in to see if perhaps the folks inside were wrapping up and the store was empty. Dry eyes no more!…read more Dr. Ortman is the best. He takes it as personal challenge to get whatever you need done for you. I went in for an exam for glasses and mentioned I had dry eyes. He told me about a device called iLux which unclogs your pores (glands) between eyelashes. I was skeptical but had suffered with dry eyes so many years, I thought I'd try it. Well for the first time in over 15 years I do not have dry eyes! It's been about 5 months since he did it and it is still amazing. I can wear make up without it bothering me, my cornea has scratches and I am thinking that I will prevent further damage by having my eyes properly lubricated. Thank you Dr. Ortman!
