Ordered via Uber Eats. I would say it probably would be better if I had it at the location. For the price point I would've thought it would be a little bigger. Very saucy which in turn made it very messy to eat. I would probably try it again in person.

On my way to the Art Gallery of Ontario, I spotted Unholy Donut. Looks like a little hole in the wall type of bakery. Stopped in to see what types of donuts were available. Very small interior, basically for purchasing your donuts and leaving. There were an array of donuts displayed. These donuts have no "holes" and are all filled donuts hence the name "Unholy Donuts" (IDK I'm just guessing) Decided to try out two different flavors: -- Strawberry Cheesecake: Filled with strawberry compote, topped with cheesecake frosting, cheesecake crumbs and a cinnamon sugar base -- Salted Caramel Cheesecake: Filled with salted caramel cheesecake, topped with caramel ganache and pretzel antlers They were not what I was expecting!! The strawberry donut had strawberry compote inside. I initially believed the strawberry cheesecake would have a mixture of strawberry sauce and cheesecake inside. The salted caramel was what I thought the strawberry would be -- cheesecake filled. These donuts were heavy in weight, nicely presented. The taste was wonderful. I would definitely purchase other flavors from Unholy Donuts. However, at $7 (Canadian dollars?!?) per donut, I can't justify purchasing a dozen donuts. It would have to be a special occasion like treats for the office or a birthday. The young lady behind the counter was patient and explained the donuts to me so that I was able to make my decision on which donuts to try. Very friendly and helpful . Next time I'm in Toronto, will definitely drop in to see what other flavors are available.

Unholy Donuts occupies the ambitious space between artisanal indulgence and accessible treat. The compact Bay Street location offers twenty-four distinctive flavours, each crafted with evident care and presented with photogenic appeal. Freshness is undeniable, and the London Fog variety demonstrates genuine creativity. However, the pricing structure demands consideration--at roughly seven dollars per donut, value perception becomes paramount. Some selections skew excessively sweet, potentially overwhelming more delicate flavour profiles. For the occasional premium indulgence, the establishment delivers; for frequent visits, one must reconcile artisanal aspirations with practical considerations.

Stumbled into Unholy Donuts near Eaton Centre, expecting the usual weekend hustle but found it surprisingly quiet. The store was clean and the display/labeling was easy to navigate. The staff, a cheerful bunch, gave some recommendations. I grabbed 4, and my friend bit into her freshly made Boston cream right away. The filling just thick enough and not too sweet. It wasn't anything to write home about, and the price was a bit high. I must admit, my heart (and wallet) remains loyal to the sufganiyot from uptown bakeries -- a better deal for a better bite.

Last month, after having spent a couple of hours at Atrium on Bay, I was walking up Bay Street to get to my parked car and noticed Unholy Donuts. The name drew me to it. Unholy as in sinful? Count me in! There were four customers in the store ahead of me. I looked at all the donuts. They looked yummy and showed a lot of creativity. The only downside was that there were flies wanting the donuts. It's a good sign that the donuts were yummy, but I didn't want flies regurgitating on a donut that I was about to eat. The donut that caught my attention was Homers loves lemons. Anything with lemons is a must for me to try. I had a nice woman behind the counter take my order. My donut came up to nearly $6. It's on the expensive side. The donuts here are special because they are brioche. I got my donut and thanked her. I headed to my car, sat in it with the air conditioning on, and devoured my donut. This donut had lemon curd it in. It was dreamy and tart. The curd is on the thinner side of the thickness scale. So, when you bite into the donut, the curd will ooze out faster than you think. It was messy and excellent. The brioche dough was yummy. It was soft and chewy. I enjoyed it. It didn't feel heavy. I did find the glaze a bit sweet, but tolerable. It wasn't like I was having a donut an hour. There weren't any places to sit down in this donut place. It's such a tiny space that I can see why. The artwork is cool, though. Other than the fly issue, my donut experience was excellent. I'd return to get more. I dropped by at nearly 8 pm, so the donut selection wasn't extensive. I'd have to return earlier in the day to check out the donut flavours. (368)

Just bought 3 donuts for $20 and this is gotta be the most expensive donuts I've ever bought. They have lots of selection and the donuts looks pretty and instagrammable but quality is not even there and doesn't even tasted fresh. Tried the Ferrero Rocher, Nutella Bomb and Pistachio Crunch and all three lack flavour, and has dense like texture which is akin to a bread. So if you're looking for an airy and light donut, this is not the one for you! Ferrero Rocher Donut - i love chocolate that's why I opted for this donut but was disappointed upon taking my first bite as the flavour doesn't even compliment each other. You can also tell that they're not using quality chocolate as it tasted gritty and greasy. Nutella Bomb - when you have Nutella plus Belgian milk chocolate mousse/ganache and caramelized toasted hazelnut this should be the perfect combination right? Well not with Unholy Donut's Nutella Bomb. There's so much flavour going on this donut that it's competing for flavour dominance and not complimenting each other. Pistachio Crunch - artificial tasting pistachio flavour in the donut and the worse among the 3 donuts I've bought. I don't mind paying more as long as it's good but Unholy Donuts fails in all aspect and not even worth the price.

Lots of gourmet donut flavours! I tried the banana delight flavour, the topping and filling was very good, I could taste the banana in the cream! The donuts are prepared in the morning so make sure you go early for the freshest product. The dough used is rather greasy, my napkin was so oily after I was done. It's a drier pastry, but decently soft. Not my favourite yeast dough, but not bad either. Expensive, was about $8 after tax.

Very cool selection. Ended up coming with the creme brulee and it had great texture and flavor. There was an employee constantly making fresh donuts too, which was neat

This second location opened on 2023-01-13. The first location opened 2021-12-27. They make 24 flavours of brioche donuts, made fresh each day in-house. It takes 2 days to make brioche donuts. There are 12 regular flavours, 6 with a filling, and 6 without. Then there a special flavours, both with and without filling. The special flavours have interesting/unique combinations of flavours. The special flavours can change daily. The donuts are soft and fluffy, but not too sweet. The only deterrent are the prices, ranging from $3.50 to $5.50, but each donut is larger than regular donuts. Unfortunately the flavours I like tend to be at the higher end! The one is liked were: 1. Nutella Bomb donut ($5.50). Filled with Nutella, topped with Belgium Callebaut milk chocolate mousse & ganache, caramelized toasted hazelnuts. 2. Ferrero Rocher donut ($5.50). Filled with chocolate pastry cream, milk chocolate ganache & mousse. Their donuts must be in demand because when I arrived there early afternoon, over 50% were sold out! The staff are courteous and friendly. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are no customer washrooms. There is linited paid neighbourhood street parking. London fog donut

The donuts look appealing however the one I got (London fog) was a disappointment. The dough itself was soft and bouncy but it lacked that London fog flavour. My friend really enjoyed his donut though

Unholy donuts makes tasty fresh house made artisanal donuts. You can watch the donut assembly in the window. We got the lemon curd w raspberry glaze and a classic boston cream (chocolate glaze and vanilla cream). Both fillings were really good. The glazes were flavourful and not overly sweet.

Yummy yummy! I saw this place as I was walking back to my hotel. As you can see from the pics there are a variety of flavors to puck from, both filled and unfilled. So I decided I'd try one of each. I got a cinnamon sugar one which is unfilled and the Nutella bomb which is filled with Nutella. I personally loved both I liked the consistency of the dough and the ratio of filling inside the Nutella bomb! Nice dessert or breakfast choice.

Strawberry Cheesecake and Pistachio Cream
Gerald H.

Awesome after dinner dessert, especially if you like doughnuts like I do. The behind the counter service is excellent. I really love that the doughnut fillings speak for themselves, as there is no glaze. Strawberry Cheesecake was great but really really loved the pistachios. I wanted to try them all but was not allowed by my Wife, oh well next time.

The Short Version: California style donuts, big and fluffy…read more I'm a fan. The Long Version: So Harry and Heels is a donut shop inside the Fourth Man in the Fire Pizzeria. The founder is the same (he's also the founder of the Burger's Priest). Their donuts are also available at Farm Boy, even as far east as Ottawa, which is actually where I tried them (since sadly the last time I was in Toronto, was before the business was founded). I tried the Chocolate Cream Filled ($3.99) which is a big fluffy yeast donut with chocolate on top and is filled with whipped cream. It's like a round eclair, lol. The layer of chocolate was thick, which I liked. The amount of whipped cream inside was also good, not stingy. These donuts are big and substantial, yet so soft. I'm a fan. I'm looking forward to trying other flavours, likely just at Farm Boy for the near future, but hopefully at their store in Toronto in the not too distant future. Review #3 (2026)

As someone who lived in California for 4 years, I will say these are better than the donuts I had there. We only tried the Apple Fritter which isn't usually my go-to but I'm very glad we tried it. It's crisp and sweet on the outside yet unbelievably soft and fluffy on the inside! The apple flavor is mild and could be a bit more pronounced, in my opinion. It's super airy and less dense than I expected which made this so easy to inhale. It didn't even make it out the door! Super friendly staff and tasty donuts!

Though they do have the standard flavours which they keep. Service: There is usually two people working here to fulfill the orders. Usually a guy and a girl. They have both been friendly & nice to me. Is it because I'm a repeat customer? LOL. Maybe. Anyway I think if you're nice to people you will get the same back. Ambiance: This is a small location so there isn't much ambiance to the place. It's meant as a place to pick up the food & go. Still, the location serves its purpose & it always looks clean & neat. I keep coming back because I'm addicted to mochi donuts. LOL

They had just opened, and the moment we walked in, we were hit with the incredible aroma of fresh donuts. The selection was overwhelming (in the best way), and I wanted to try every single one. We started with the crème brûlée, pistachio, and Nutella donuts. I inhaled the pistachio one the second we stepped outside -- it was heavenly. We savored the other two throughout the day, and they were just as amazing. It was so good, we had to come back before closing and grabbed six more. Totally worth it. Each donut is $6.50 CAD (about $4.64 USD), and every bite is worth every cent. If you're in Toronto and love donuts, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Highly, highly recommend!
