Grabbed a seat along the bench (no tables) and we nommed on a couple before we were on our way again. I was there in the late afternoon so there weren't ALL of the flavours available, but that's to be expected when you go to a bakery later in the day. The founder is the same (he's also the founder of the Burger's Priest). Their donuts are also available at Farm Boy, even as far east as Ottawa, which is actually where I tried them (since sadly the last time I was in Toronto, was before the business was founded). I tried the Chocolate Cream Filled ($3.99) which is a big fluffy yeast donut with chocolate on top and is filled with whipped cream. It's like a round eclair, lol. The layer of chocolate was thick, which I liked. The amount of whipped cream inside was also good, not stingy. These donuts are big and substantial, yet so soft. I'm a fan. This is their permanent location as they used to be sold exclusively at the CNE. Prices are of course way better at the storefront compared to the CNE. I love that the donuts are made fresh to order and are piping hot when you eat them. Also, support local! Tiny Tom Donjts is Toronto born and has been around since the 60s!

The Asian cashier was so unfriendly and no one is manning the front of the store. I have to wait for a while coz the staff were missing in action. After helping me, she took off again to God knows where. Another customer walks in and has to wait just like me before the cashier came in front to get her order. Way overpriced for a low quality donut. They take cash but don't accept $50 bill which is disappointing coz there's no sign anywhere in the store that says they don't accept large bills. This further cemented the fact that you should never trust influencers and be cautious of their recommendations solely because of their biased opinions.
