I'm sure you're just tryin to return it but you could also be a stalker of hers, dude. He absolutely enjoyed flipping me the bird and calling me a bitch over and over when I did not meet his expectation of "niceness" from a stranger. He was enjoying it so much I had to warn him he was going to hit something two times, seriously question his driving capabilities with that attitude in tow. It was above and beyond the worst I've been treated by any "business" for his receptionist to call me back to curse at me. They really enjoy behaving this way and have no interest in improving. Any business knows word of mouth is the best advertising. Even bad ones know this. I sincerely hope he is reading this now. Also, hope you enjoy the flu that you might have avoided if you didn't stop to slack your jaw.

I'm sure during peak season it helps but there weren't many people while we were in Winter Park so we should have just driven ourselves. We called and they did come to pick us up at the hotel since they weren't busy. So we didn't have to walk to a stop. The driver was friendly. Asked us to put our masks on. He also had masks for people who didn't have one. After we were done with our dinner, we walked across the street like we were advised to wait for the ride back. I called to make sure they knew we were at the stop since it was dark. The shuttle drove past us and screeched to a stop some yards away. We ran to get on it. It stopped at the main terminal building so the driver could use the facilities. She wanted to get some beer for the room but he said he didn't know where we could get some but he said we could head over to a particular bar which was open. The driver was impatient and a little short. So we hopped out again but the bar was closed and we ended up having to wait at the main terminal for an hour. We were not happy. We tried to catch the shuttle on the opposite side of the road after waiting a while thinking we would simply ride it into Fraser and back instead of sitting in a lonely terminal. The shuttle came round again and this time the driver was in a better mood. He dropped us off in front of our hotel which was not a scheduled stop but they do that when they're not busy. Which was a nice option. If you visit during the off season like we did I recommend simply driving into town because it's not as busy and there's parking to be found. During peak season this shuttle is a nice option.

I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. wonderful experience! And it's a family owned business which I like supporting. Awesome experience!
