From the minute you talk to him, you know that he is knowledgeable in all trades and makes an excellent general Contractor. We had him change out and assemble our new pendants, chandelier in the dining area and outside lighting. He even hung up a curved double shower curtain rod (Hey, we know our limitations). Right from that initial contact with Brian, he was direct, honest and let us know that his company is very busy and as soon as the fixtures come in to let him know and if his electrician is too busy, he'd be happy to change them out. But the roof was still leaking in the same place. Andy kept putting more product on the roof and it kept a leaking. He eventually said he found the problem but by then it was too late in the year to address. He promised to come back in the spring and finish. He did not. He had one excuse after another. Blamed it on his wife more than once. But never showed up. Did not stand behind his work. Now it's winter again and my roof is still leaking. Andy is good at cashing your check and making promises. But he did not fix the roof even after a year and a half. BUYER BEWARE ... I'm talking to attorneys now weighing my options. Andy is a scam.
