As a customer walking into a business i rely on reviews to know what a place is like. Yes the owner is not friendly. Yes no one greets you at the door. Yes the paring is actually quite awful but yes there's parking up front at the meters. Yes I was there while a leak was happening right behind my head on top of my stylist during a color. Yes i was dissatisfied at the salons quality not the stylist. Especially when you're not offered to be moved to another chair. Had you gone above and beyond for that as an owner this review wouldn't be this. Just some food for thought. Be transparent. And fix your roof. Oh and my stylist name is Jamie.
