I called first to make sure they were open, based upon some reviews. It went to voicemail twice. I called a third time a a lady answered with "yeah". I had to ask if I was talking to Scrubs and Beyond as she did not identify herself or the store. She said "yeah" again. When I asked the hours, she said till 7. I went in, she was talking to a friend, never acknowledged me until I was walking back out the door with nothing. Then she said, oh....did you need something? I asked about the Cherokee line as I've seen it on the website and wanted to try some on. She immediately got stiff and said we do t carry them. I said, oh just not in store? She said no, we don't have a contract with them. So, then we had to show her their own website! She then says "go ahead and try to order it, it probable won't ship out" So, we just left. If you can get over lackluster customer service, or if all you're wanting is to just try things on in person so you order online to get a better deal, then go here since there aren't many storefronts anymore. read more

I came in today to purchase new scrubs for my new job and Adriana the assistant manager was absolutely wonderful! She helped me to find the proper sizes and styles. Pro: variety of scrub from many companies, clean environment, big parking lot. Con: price, staff service. This location changed it name to scrubs and beyond. The parking lot is decent size and the store is very clean/ organized by brand name. When I went in there was no one and the staff were very unwelcoming and not even offer to help. Prices for scrub is high and very rarely do they send coupons through the mail. All in all it an ok place to go but if there is a place that was closer I would go there. read more

I bought a lab coat & have it embroidered. I was told 10days not including weekends. N one has reached out so i followed up at day 10 & they told me the person doing embroidery has back log. Waited another week only to be told that my coat has not been delivered because there were university orders that they sent for embroidery & they will complete my order when they get the chance. I was appalled! I said i don't care whether there's a university order if they cannot handle the bulk of their job then they should not accept it. The manager told me that I am not their only costumer & asked me if i want to refund. She was very condescending, rude & not even an ounce of apology. The young lady running the front end today has terrible customer service. This location used to be great, now it's terrible. Apparently there is a manager above her at the store level, but this needs to go to the District Manager. The store manager never identified herself when I called, and didn't have a very pleasant phone disposition. My complaint is with the front end clerk. The customer service is very poor. We've come there for years and spent tens of thousands. Your customers deserve better than this. We're thinking of moving our corporate account if this isn't rectified immediately. I went to Scrubs and Beyond to get a scrub jacket just to get my designer sunglasses stolen. It was just me and another customer in the store. I went to the fitting room when my sunglasses disappeared. The employee who cleaned the fitting room took my sunglasses and she was the same person at the cash register. when I asked her about my sunglasses she seem nervous. I asked to speak with the store manager and she said the store manager was not there.The next I called the store manager and asked for footage and she said she was going to call me back "has she needed to contact corporate "and she never did. l will never go back to that store again! They offer at least over a dozen brands of scrubs. I appreciated the range and style and price options. But I have to say if you want the best deal, definitely check out their clearance rack. Very rude and disrespectful employee with locs. Will never shop at that location again. Called the other store to verify store policy regulations returns and was given the expected, clear and most logical response. You can make a return to the store as it is listed on the receipt if your item has not been worn and you have the original receipt. I went to the store to make a return. I paid for my items in cash and some on a card. I mostly paid with cash. I came to return a pair of pants, which I cannot wear due to the size. I prefer to go ahead and return the pants. I was with a very rude individual who was yelling in the store, slamming the counter and telling me I was not listening as she told me that I could not get a return because I paid $37.89 with a card when I spent 140+ dollars in cash for a purchase, when I asked return to be given to me in cash which would've equal to be $33 I was a palled that I could not be given that option. There is nowhere that states on my receipt that I have to receive my return via card which is less than I paid for my item That individual is very rude and I will not shop there again. I went here with a friend of mine because she needed scrubs for nursing school. They had a great selection of brands, with different cuts, range of prices, and a lot of comfortable material. I had no idea Gray's Anatomy made scrubs. Though it was more expensive than the rest. Every person that worked there was very well informed about their brands and different cuts. They were very helpful while we were in the fitting room. They would ask how everything is fitting, and if we needed another size they would grab it for us. They gave us tips and tricks on how to remove specific stains, which I thought was supper helpful. We also saw they had chef's attire as well as many different types of scrubs, comfortable shoes and and lab coats. We left the store feeling accomplished, and very informed. This place has a good amount of variety if you're in need of new scrubs right away. They do have a sales rack too, sometimes they don't have matching scrub sizes. Most times they do. The two older ladies who worked there when I came, were supper nice and attentive towards me. Scrubs are pricey but I feel like they're better prices online. read more

So, I go into the scrubs store and was immediately greeted by Sandra who is just wonderful and full of energy! She constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay but didn't overly do it, she helped me decide which scrubs I needed and what colors matched and my size and overall was just terrific! We laughed, joked around and she told me all of the new products they had and were getting in and was just phenomenal. I usually don't go shop for scrubs often but because of Sandras wonderful personality I will now shop there more than ever and I hope and wish she gets commission and/or a promotion she definitely deserves it' ! Found this place to upgrade the scrubs ive been using for 8 years. Initially, I couldn't find the place because the sign says "Linn Uniforms" but they are indeed "Uniform City." Cinderella, one of the employees, helped me pick out a nice set of mens' scrubs as it is difficult to find mens' scrubs (95% women's and unisex). In fact, I overheard the other employees as well and they were very friendly to the other customers. All in all, happy with my new scrubs and was treated very professionally. Scrubs - you really can't go wrong with them. While there aren't many stores around that sell scrubs, this is definitely the place you want to go regardless. Walking through the door, you'll immediately be greeted by their absolutely awesome staff! I had the pleasure of working with Lupe both times, and she really takes her time in helping you and has a great sense of humor but Sandra is great too! The store itself is super neat and clean and if you're trying something on the ladies always do their best to make sure everything fits okay and will grab you something else is necessary. They're all pretty knowledgeable so most questions will be answered, and if you're unsure of a size or need to find something they won't hesitate to help or give an opinion! I really appreciated the fact that they don't try to push things on you, and even though I came in at 5:45 (I know - shame on me because that's bad etiquette) they still were so upbeat and happy and didn't nag at me or other customers. I purchased my pairs of scrubs pretty easily because Lupe guided me in the right direction :) My only qualm is that they don't carry the scrubs sets that you see on their website. Though that's not by any means their fault, I hate paying around 15-20 for just scrub bottoms and then the same amount for a top. You can end up spending ~80 for just 2 tops and 2 bottoms..ouch! But again, not the biggest issue in the world. I'll get my sets online, but I'll still be shopping in store! read more

Staff not quite helpful unless prompted. When requesting help or trying to put back the scrub top where you found it the one man on the floor was helpful. Fair selection of scrubs, size inventory was sub-par. Discount given at register on full price scrubs when you tell them what hospital you work at, but they will not inform you as they do the rewards points. read more

I used to shop here all the time and had good experiences, but the last few times have not been very good. I went in yesterday and was there for probably 15 minutes. I was the only one in the store and there were 2 employees. Neither one of them ever said a word to me or even acknowledged that I was there. I tried a couple tops on and would have loved some help getting a different size, but they completely ignored me. I needed a white coat for my board exam because I forgot to bring mine, so I stopped by Uniform City and found one for $30. They had a large variety of white coats in all different sizes and styles. Their scrub selection was very large with tons of brands and colors. Overall, it's a pretty typical scrub shop and it seems like they have everything you need. Good selection and every so often they would have name brand sales like Greys anatomy and urbane. Staff are really helpful and search through their stock to help find whatever you need. Downside is they are sticklers about their hours. The close at 6 pm on the dot and that means they also want you out of the store at 6. At 5:55 they will start corralling customers to the register or out. It's a sketchy area at night so maybe it's a safety thing. read more

There always seems to be some sort of sale happening here and the selection is good. The staff are almost too attentive and I wish the dressing rooms had more than curtains which don't ever seem to close quite all the way, but this is my go-to place to buy scrubs for work. read more
