    Beware! Insurance paid for medical supply, but copay charge was excessive. So bad, I took half the order.

I also bought a Quad Cane Peeble Green for $54.95. I came home and found out that Walmart, Amazon and FSA store sell the same product for $129.00. Bed Bath and Beyond for $149.00 and you will get a coupon for one-time purchase (20 % off). YOU WILL PAY $120.00 and free shipping. I called the store on 09/30/2019 morning and spoke with the manager. I mentioned that your prices are way too high and I would like to return the product. The product has not been used and is in its original condition. The store Managers response was that their refund policy is to give a store credit only and I had signed a document before making the purchase that I agree to the refund policy. Upon telling the store manager that I will review the business and let potential customers know about your pricing and return policy, the store manager stated that, should I do that it will be a misinformation to their potential customers. Customer reading the review are free to validate the pricing of the product at the businesses I mentioned earlier IN MY REVIEW. Please be advised that the document that the store manager will ask you to sign before you make the purchase is to agree to the return policy of exchange and store credit only. HAVING A CUSTOMER SIGN A DOCUMENT TO AGREE TO A REFUND POLICY OF EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT ONLY, PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE IS A BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. CUSTOMERS REVIEW RETURN POLICIES. Refund policies encourage customers to commit to a purchase AND SHOULD COVER FOR greatest customer satisfaction. If you stand by your product and pride yourself on a stellar customer service experience you must have a policy where a customer should be able to get a refund on a product for any reason, should the product be UNUSED and in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. If a customer is not satisfied with their original purchase for any reason, handling the return professionally will ensure continued customer patronage and loyalty.
