I went in and looked for scrubs a month ago, I could not seem to find the size for the styles I want. I would look for different stle just to find something that I can take home that day because that is the purpose of going to the Uniform Store vs. buying online is to be able to buy scrubs RIGHT AWAY. After browsing the store and changing my choices just to find the right size, still to no avail. The lady at the store told me she can order it for me and will be delivered in 2 weeks and they will call me when they got it. I was already thinking, I made a mistake because I usually order from koihappiness.com for a lot lesser price and I can get it in less than 2 weeks but I do not know, I did agree to order it anyway. After more than 2 weeks, I checked for my order, I was told sometimes it takes more than 2 weeks and found out they got my number wrong too. I waited until after 3weeks, I called again, lady says,I will get a text when it comes sometimes there is a delay in delivery. Finally, today, after a whole month, I called again, she asked me for my phone number again and description of my items then she would call me back and let me know what was going on. After a few hours, I got a text, saying my items are back ordered and it will take 2 more weeks to get delivered. I have finally had it and demanded a refund. Apparently, my money will get refunded in 7 days. We will see if that will happen.I will keep you updated because, there are some incompetent employees in that store and I will never do business with them anymore. If I were you, I will just order my scrubs online. read more

I've had to come here a few times to get stuff for my wife. She's a nurse and Uniforms Northwest seems to have the best quality scrubs we've been able to find. She also likes to get the compression socks because she is on her feet all day, and they help maintain circulation. The prices here aren't that bad for the quality of the product. I've only been here a couple times and I've always had great customer service. read more

Check you order after embroidery.... ordered scrubs for my CNA class and the first time they ordered and embroidered the wrong color top even though I tried on the correct size and color, next top was the wrong size they ordered me a men's large instead of women's medium. Third time got it right. Another student in my class had a problem with them ordering the wrong size too. read more
