Got the go ahead and then received a 2,000 dollar bill yesterday. When I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone, he was incredible rude. Brought up an account from multicare that was non-related which he should not have access to and told me this was my problem. Do not get your MRI done here.

3/15/26 I received a text saying they received my doctor order for a CT scan. I tried to call and…read morethere were 20 callers in the queue. I put in a request for a call back. After four hours of not getting a call back I tried calling again. There were 30 callers in the queue. I went to the tranow app and tried to schedule an appointment. Got it filled out but it asked some complicated medical questions about the type of CT scan. I had to guess. It kept telling me there was an error in red and I was not able to submit because I couldn't guess the right answer. Soooo I tried calling back again. There were 30 people in the queue. That day and the next day or any day I never got a call back. If you are not going to call back don't offer it. Since I never got a call back a few days later I was in the neighborhood around 4 pm so I stopped by. They stop taking walk ins at 4.30 pm. The staff called to see if they could take the image. They were able to do it. The actual scan took five minutes. If you have the type of imaging that you can walk in don't bother calling. Just do a walk in. Calling is non productive and ridiculous.
