Tony recommended at the time that they could also install led lighting on the bottom side of the doors for better lighting and added highlight. The after effect was beautiful as you can see from the photos attached. Over the last couple weeks the doors stopped functioning smoothly so I called Shockwave this morning to see about realigning the hinges. Ten minutes later, I received a message back to bring the car back anytime before 6pm closing. I stopped in during lunch break unannounced today. Their service technician stopped his current project and immediately grabbed the correct tools and readjusted both doors. 15 minutes later I was back on the road - No Charge. When there were issues with my lock, the professional (Chris) who served me went beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. The lock, which I had purchased online and not from Elmer & Sons, malfunctioned and caused my front door to jamb. Chris helped my wife and I get the door open and even came back another time to ensure the replacement lock was installed properly and without further complications. Even though this meant putting in a little extra time to get the job done--some of it possibly off-the-clock--he did not rest until our lock was functioning properly and we were satisfied. Later on that same day, my wife had challenges figuring out how to get the lock to function due to its security features. Being the professional he is, Chris swung by our home once again to demonstrate the security features of the lock and make sure she was in the know. As a small business owner, it is my opinion that the best companies to do business with are the ones that not only do good work but they know how to handle the inevitable bumps in the road that come up when dealing with customers. In this regard, great companies: (1) employ skilled professionals who are "bothered" when a job they work on does not meet their own or the customers expectations; (2) receive feedback from the customer about problems and respond professionally and not defensively; (3) set out to do whatever it takes to make things right within reason and occasionally even at their own expense (Napoleon Hill's Principle of Going the Extra Mile); (4) do what they say they're going to do; and (5) don't expect a pat on the back for doing what they said they were going to do. Elmer and Sons, and especially Chris, followed this formula to the letter. While I don't wish for any other lock issues anytime soon, undoubtedly, Elmer & Sons is who I'll call when the need arises.
