Went here for coffee on Saturday, the place is nice and clean. The people are nice , they have breakfast sandwiches and pastries for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. The lady was nice and helpful with what we wanted to get. It was a cute and cozy place. I liked it. I will be back .

Great place with amazing food (my favorite is the bagel and lox, and I'm picky about these) and a lovely vibe. I love that on cold days they have a fire going and are so personable and inviting. Fast service, clean bathrooms, amazing coffee drinks. I totally recommend it!

This is such a cute coffee shop! There is plenty of comfortable seating. There are lots of couches and plush seats or tables and chairs to choose from. The matcha latte was great - it was sweet with a subtle matcha flavor. The workers were so nice and my drink came out very quickly!

Union Park is going through its "soft opening". It has two fireplaces and lots of cushy chairs for comfort. Right now, the servers are challenged by the very new cashier system, but they seem friendly and attentive. My latte and my friends' cappuccinos were frothy and delicious. The only item for sale today were several flavors of twice-baked biscotti, but they were huge in size and oh-so crunchy. Once they have a grand opening and more menu items, I will certainly return!

Enjoyed the relaxing environment . The cinnamon roll and cheesecake baklava were delicious. The service was very friendly and prompt.

After paying over $50 for a simple meal for lunch a meal never arrived after 45 minutes. Once the hostess noticed that we were sitting there forever with no drinks, we asked if we could please have our food because we were so late now after 45 minutes we had to leave. She then took another 15 minutes to deliver her food to go that was pathetic missing half of our meal. The salad was basically a three pieces of lettuce with soggy dressing and a toast of mushy goat cheese the turkey sandwich was not edible. Unfortunately we vote with our dollars and won't be back too bad. We thought it would be a good one.! When you diversify with too many restaurants in Aiken, you need to pay attention to your customer base. Good luck

Perfectly golden, impossibly flaky, and buttery in the most delightful way, it practically melted the moment it touched my tongue. If you're a frequent coffee drinker, their refill cup deal is unbeatable at only $1.25. The breakfast sandwich is genuinely one of the best around. The bread is always fresh, and everything is made to order with real care. The staff is wonderful friendly to both locals and folks visiting from out of town and the steady lines just prove how popular the place is. While you're there, take a moment to check out the local artwork and stickers. There are some surprisingly interesting pieces. It can get a little noisy when the blender kicks on, but the back section stays nice and quiet. If I really enjoy the cup of coffee I'm drinking, I'll pop next door and buy the beans. Always a nice bonus. If you see Roxi you are welcome to ask to pet her. You might even get a lick.

I didn't complain or make a fuss. Ill just leave a review on here. That is a health concern serving raw meat. I pulled the steak out of the burrito and finished it. Not sure why or how they could miss an obvious thing. Hope the owner sees this for proper correction before the health department does. Going forward I'll just stick to the drinks and refrain from the kitchen food for a while till there is an obvious change. Thanks.

I contracted with them to serve during the entire reception time (4 hours) for 200 people. We did not hire for a dinner, but for hors d'oeuvre to be served to our wedding guests for the complete duration of the reception party after the ceremony. I heard from guests who were caterers in another city that there was not enough food for even 100 people on the serving tables. All of the food was gone before the wedding party finished photographs and first dances, so within the first hour of the reception, all of the food was gone. Guests reported to me that they witnessed Janet throwing away full trays of food into the garbage early in the evening. Food I paid for, thrown away before the end of the reception! There was supposed to be a going-away box for the bride and groom, but there was not. We were promised a gift card to the bride and groom to make up for it, but they never received it. We had to give them money to run through a fast-food place to get food after their reception. Neither the bride or groom got one taste of the foods they picked out for their reception. The bride and groom only got water to drink during their reception (except for their toast of Champaign). Water was supposed to be served and available to our guests in addition to tea and lemonade. But there was none. When guests asked for water because all of the tea and lemonade were gone, Janet was very rude to them and refused to serve them any water, including the water requested for the bride. Guests also reported to me that they heard angry loud voices coming from the kitchen belonging to Janet and her assistant. Sugar South was the worst part of my daughter's wedding. It has left horrible memories that mar the beautiful memories we should all have of our children's wedding. Even now, 8 months after my daughter's wedding, whenever someone talks to me about my daughter's beautiful wedding, they mention how horrible the catering and caterer were. I hear more and more stories from my guests of how awful the catering was. When I called Sugar South to express my grievances and request a refund, Janet hung up on me in mid sentence and refused to answer any of my subsequent calls. Stay away from these people!! They did not fulfill their contract; they are not friendly; they do not want to serve others; they will run away with your money; and hide from you when you express your disappointments in their food and "service."
